somehting is eating my leaves and leaving a shiny slime left

somehtign is eating my leaves and it looks like s shiny web in between the parts that were eaten. some of the leaves have a glossy shiny coat on them. they are outside so i am assuming some kind of bugs. its got a bunch of miquiotoes around and maybe some black flys. they are prety spread otu and it looks as if the only thing they have really gotten onto it the mj. just started hapeneing in the last week. what could they be?

pick up your pots and look underneath and under all the other stuff and you should find the slug or snail that did this.

the best way to stop them is copper or copper tape - they will not crawl/slide over it.

a band around the pot or a small collar stuck into the soil around the stem is good

make sure there is no other route for them like leaves of the plant touching the walls etc or they will go that way instead.

good luck

Most coat hangs aren't made of copper, but most(if not all) of the electric cords laying around your house are. Another good trick is to bury a couple half empty beer cans around your grow. The slugs will be attracted to them before your plants, crawl in, and never come out

bad news folks. the slugs or whatever it was ravaged the plants. out of 4 only 1 is struggling. time to start some more. its just so weird cuz they are all in a bunch of other greenery and only the mj was eatin...slugs must like the ganja.

lesson learned= dont plant where its TOO wild LOL.
