You can amp up CBD by buying flower/trim at numerous outlets in the USA. Your RSO concoction, perhaps be 60% CBD, 40% thc by volume, the entourage effect.

Had a friend with Stage IV liver cancer along with Stage II Pancreatic carcinoma. He thought it was an ulcer and didn't go in for testing until 6 months later mid gut pain continued. Made him RSO with our autos. Not being a cannabis imbiber, we had to experiment with his dose as it was too much for him. So, cut the thc, introduced more (at that time) CBD rich strains. Told him only a grain or 2 of rice sized RSO on a cracker, slice of apple and increase amount weekly. Instead, he did pea sized or peanut.

Tumors shrunk, both liver lesions (nearly gone) and pancreatic with the RSO, dried material capsules as suppository and oral, with tincture, pancreatic tumors decreased. He did have chemo. For a while, very regimented on plant based diet, supplements- all together there was progress!

Sad thing, my friend returned to alcohol consumption (big time!) thinking he beat liver cancer. Alas, tumors returned. Still miss him.

Watched him improve with cannabis....and we ended up making RSO with that percentage above showing promising results.

This is only anecdotal, yet try it with your friend.
