Solar hits

Lately ive been taking solar hits with my RooR during the day. I go out on my porch mid-day and use a magnifying glass to burn the bud. It works really efficiently if you have a decent magnifying glass and it doesnt take long at all for the bud to catch on fire. It feels nice because you know your smoking just the bud and no butane or other chemicals.

I'm fucking blasted off my ass right now too.

mmmmm sun hits, i take them in my backyard, in the mountains, on a extremely windy day. as long as its sunny you can get the best tasting hits ever.

I used to light my cigars with a lens, and my pipe of course. I designed a lens with a mirror inset so it could be used with the cigar in my mouth. Look in the mirror so I light the cigar instead of my chin.

German made glass bongs. very expensive. some say they are "upper class",others think they are just for snobs. personally, i would love to have one, but i lack the money.

solar hits are awesome. i love them because i swear whenever i use a lighter i think about it too much and can taste the butane hardcore. the only problem i have with solar hits is that i live in a horribly hot place, and smoking outside in the day is sometimes just too ridiculous. having to sit in 100 degree sun when there is usually no wind, is just too hot. i love the way a mag glass just burns a tiny hole straight through the nug your training it on. a lighter flame is too big, it tends to start baking most of the nug in the bowl. solar hits are just great....as long as there is shade for my stoned ass.
plus, i love to incur my wrath upon fire ants when stoned

I like solar hits a lot because I can taste the herb a lot better. The taste of smoking with a magnifying glass feels very similiar to vaping but without the hastle

I notice the smoke is cleaner when using a torche style lighter.. or rather the heat from it mostly. I've heard of solar hits but never knew exactly what it was... .
