heres a link to your fox farm and some others -> www.homeharvest.com/soilamendmentsperlitevermiculite.htm i see that the fox farm perlite is big chunks if you get that can you drop a few chunks next to a quater and take a pic, im getting ready to get some but not sure if i want the big chunks.

the only thing miracle grow is good for is in the cat box lol

opps i guess i lied about them haven fox farm they did a few months ago, any way it's about 17.00/1.5 bushel.

and i went over last night to ck the girls and checked temps its holding at 64*
so i run about 2 degrees lower then the old place and havent hold trouble as of yet. lol knock on wood.

My local gardening store also sells in-soil heating coils. These are fine for 1 or 2 pots but can get expensive if you need to drop a coil in each pot. At that point you would want something that would be good for a number of pots (like a mat). You can always keep soil from drying out by covering the soil with plastic wrap with tiny holes in it to keep the oxygen flowing around. (OR you can aerate it from underneath with an air pump)

zigg - here you go bro, they arent that big but it is the biggest ive ever seen... i got some perlite, a ph meter, and a heat mat at the store today lol

can i use 50% perlite 50% vermiculite for seedlings? or is 20% ocean forest 40% perlite and 40% vermiculite better?
