Something that claimed it was mostly organic with slow release fertizer
About a week veg in soil anyway
3-4 in a smaller coco pot

Normally i feed a flower food as soon as i flip to 12/12. I would be careful though if there is a slow release fertilizer in the soil though because you don't want to lock them out with too much nutes. The fertilizer they put in soil generally is a veg fertilizer and being that you only vegged a week in it, there is probably a lot of leftover veg fertilizer in the soil. They definitely need some sort of flower food though. Just start off with a mild does and see how the plants react to it imo.
Do you have a nutrient brand in mind that you want to use? If not i would recommend botanicare. Its pretty mild and harder to over feed with. The pure blend pro line from them is what i use. I really like it and get great results. I have done side by sides with a lot of the other popular brands over the years and decided on botanicare
