In a 5x5 table you could fit 100 square pots.

I have 4x11 tables, thats 44 sq ft and I fit 192 plants in it.

His table would be 25 sq ft

5x5, with plants every 6" on center, that would be 10 plants across by 10 plants across.

Of course if the inside dimensions are not a true 5x5, or the pots are larger than 6x6, then they wouldnt fit.
Yeah, he said his tent was like 4'11" x 4'11" so that 10th row isn't going to fit, especially if he's got a tray in there.

Alot of people seem to think SOG is the most efficient growing style out there, not considering the consequences. While you veg that tree for 2-3 months, then flower for 2-3 months and pull 1-2 pounds, I have pulled 2-3 harvests for 10 pounds.

SOG is the most efficient style of growing, in terms of grams per kilowatt hour. The legal stuff is a different issue, and while it should be taken into account it doesn't effect efficiency at all. Trees do have impressive yields when you harvest, but you get more weight for the same production cost with SOG.

With 6" pots he'll be well under 100 plants in that space, so I wouldn't worry about it any more than I would growing trees.

I'm living with another med patient in an area where there is no plant or wattage limit, instead there's 100 sq. ft canopy limit and 3 pounds processed each, so we're well under our limit if I'm understanding that correctly; there's no way we're going to pull 6 lbs from 2200 watts, even sogging 164 clones (I think?)

I would look over these threads if you are looking for SOG advice...

400+ plant SOG

9600w SOG

8000w SOG

There are some nice SOG setups over at the cabana, as well as others here... IMO, your best bet is to take the advice from the big boys.. they all have the same thing in common, you just have to look for it :rasta:

Does that mean you're limited to 3 pounds per plant or 3 pounds per 100 sq ft? Shit dog, with that kind of freedom, I'd sleep on the couch and flower in a bedroom instead of a tent.

Haha, 3 lbs processed + 100 sq. ft canopy each. We won't produce anywhere near that though. My roommate has considered the couch option but we think the extra electricity would be an issue (last week we plugged in a vacuum cleaner and tripped a breaker!) Also heat is an issue, if we threw up more watts we'd have to get AC. (high temps right now are around 81-82.)

Thanks Diesel, I've definitely read up on stoney's setup before, it's crazy.
