I also have a good few moms and I simply can't reduce the number of them. only the sag's double bubble berry what I think on to dont keep up, but that roots at fastest and one of the most vigorous in growth...

I think 5 strains should be enough at once to work with, 10 is optimal.

Ya that tissue culture is a great idea i been considering it for a few yrs now... id love to have everything in stash on hand instead of having to pass out cuts to have them backed up to get them back n havin to testem to make sure there was no mix ups.... an organized draw with a few thousand strains inside would be tits.. only downside is preplanning runs months in advance. .. planned n organization r not my strong points...
Chromeo - hard enough to pick 5 ogs let alone 5 strains...

Glue... this batch came out extra sour!!!! She is lookin to be my best yielder this run got 2.5+ just off the first light i trimmed up... still got another box even fuller from another light..
Sorry for the shitty pics i took some better ones but that tatts on my fingers show up so ill take some more later... biggest complaint i got was the buds r to big...lol. ..

Can u elaborate a bit... always thought of irene as n og... so u sayin i should keep her in my sour collection not my ogs???? I dont no much bout her except that the smoke was bomb as fuck when i got her in atl...

Need big cojones to get them numbers... i had hella extra cuts around so i had 32 under a light 6ft+ clean shaved the lowers heavy ...seems real easy to grow a 1oz gg4 plant no matter what so i put hella plants in flower n got over n ounce in tops each... everything extra just adds to the final nbers... doin a single plant to get them numbers i dont think it could be done

Irene came from a seed that was found in a pack of "OG Kush" that came out of LA...

It grows more like a bubba than an OG - but it has a bit of a sour profile to her. Pretty heavy meds - like an indica - not heady like a proper OG.

She's a 10wk'er, imo - but yeah, it's got the sour terp in a bubba type nugget profile - that stretches a bit more and fills in better...

ie a solid "sour kush"

I thought she hit better than pre-98 or at least on par - but certainly has a better taste and better yield...

I really enjoyed her as a plant. My kind of smoke. Great pain relief - and a great way to wash the day away in a stupor...made my short term memory non-existent.

I'll be working with Irene in a few projects, actually. I like her pretty good.

The one I look forward to most is pairing her with a White Rhino x Sour Bubble Bx3 line made by Peat - I know that pairing is going to make some really great plants that don't really deviate from what Irene is on her own... Should increase the yields and fatten her up even more. The Sour Rhino was better than pre-98 in my honest opinion...had jars of both and I always reached for the SR - that smoke was gone faster than I would have liked.

I figure I'll Bx her via that line...so I have some back ups of her.

I'm always after the heavy pain management type meds. They do wonders for my nerve damage...and are great to stomp out the random bouts of insomnia I go through...

I know people have worked with Irene a bit - but I don't think they really kept her true to what she was, so I figure if that's what I want, best do it myself.

What's ur opinion on lvpk... N u dont like bubba to much...lol.. Better then bubba u mention a few times but realy IMO 98 bubba taken 75days is unbeatable in pain meds tko part of things the yields never hit 2 so she got passed up for sumthin "better" lvpk ..She is my keeper kush for many yrs now... Bubbas replacement She got the redicolous indica pain killin effect n coffee incense effect like bubba but also when dialed dark grapey wine kush funk bubba don't and it transfers into taste... Plus unlike 98 she is impossible to fuck up... Even bad runs yields good and smoke is still Acceptible but done decently ht. great numbers of pure indica kush funk almost as strong as 98 bubba.. Shiet talkin bout this makes me wanna get 98 back for a personal throwback table.. I've ran 98, katsu, lvpk, surges master, pure kush bubba one, bkgk pheonos, la con, la affie, n 2 other master cuts.. N chose lvpk.. Plus she breeds great .. Limewarp lvpkXnevilles n pow lvpkXsour r both aA keepers....

Actually, I do really like Bubba - it's why I use her as a base comparison...that and so many are familiar with her...

What I don't like about her - is a general lack of complexity to the high. It's excellent for what she does - but for me, I smoke pre-98 and I'm down for the count in 45 minutes. I'll fall asleep with food in my mouth - get annoyed by breathing because I have to take another breath...looooonnnnnggggg siiiigggghhhhh. I DO like Bubba...

However - I don't always want a plain jane narco effect...I want to be able to think / reflect on my day...I want to de-stress, to wind down a bit...

I've always wanted to try So Cal Master, but never have had the chance. LVPK I never grew but have smoked on a couple different occasions - but I can't honestly say it stands out to me. Maybe because it was in a large session with other things and it was too muddied at that point or what...I don't know.

Let me ask this...you ever heard of Puss Kush...and if so, if she is known by other names? I've been told that it's the same as suge PK - but I've never gotten anyone to confirm that...

The BKGK cut I really liked - but I think that's because blue genetics really seem to hit my mind just right - they center me and keep me mentally grounded. I need that. I'm a bit high strung / intense / stressed on the regular. It wasn't as strong as pre-98 but that just meant I could smoke a bit more of it...but it had that blue gene effect to it as well, that anti-stress / anti- anxiety, wash it all away effect that I just really love and still had the pain relief.

I guess, straight bubba - just gets kind boring after a while. I know, blasphemy - but, I think you're right - there are very few cuts that can compare to her...

And in thinking about it - to say anything x'ed to sour bubble - I'm still talking a bubba descendant...so I think I rely on her power and potency - but like the complexity of effects I've experienced when she is outcrossed...

I understand ya bro n agree 100% bout how bubba high is one dimensional n gets tiresome n boring.... bac when i was smokin bubba every task was a huge pita n alot of shit never got done.. even now i only smoke indica at night or before an afternoon nap... i smoke ogs n sours 90% of the time..
Ive seen some work quality packs of puss kush yrs back could be the same as suges... i just called it bubba anyway atm... they werent grown well n had some specs of pm..so i cant honest say but its similar... the circle i got them from grew suge master n one time the name was changed to puss n they had a lighter lavender purple tint to the budz.. i think what i got was the same just relabled... from what i seen in general if the cut. Bubba master pure la lvpk if grown to just cashcrop n taken at or before 8 wks are all almost identical n could get mixed together ,... the uniqueness n great qualities come out after day 60 n start to peak at 70... lvpk is the perfect example she aint all that until wk 9 she gets a grape red wine bitter smell that becomes intense by 70... not alot of ppl take her long enough cuz she looks so done much earlier...

Here is abja 4sd cut.... she is 11-12 wks.smells n tastes like a soft minty sour D with floral n chem hints... reminds me alot of original diesel but not as disgusting fuel its in there but much more pleasant to smell... she is not an easy plant to describe at all and really varries alot grower to grower... can be a pita to trim but her buds get huge..
