I wasted an hour of my life listening to Adam Dunn try to make sense out of Moglies lies on the Adam Dunn Show.

All Phylos is concerned with is selling out. All he could talk about is money and still denying they are able to grow plants out of the DNA. All talk about partnering with breeders and slowly taking all of their partnership shares.

Screw Phylos like I said before when all of you said I was a POS for daring to call out Sam for supporting them.

Phylos is just a scam to screw over all the original breeders and then sell out to Monsanto.

Can’t wait for someone to buy up some of their ‘perfect’ clones and s1 them...
Maybe give them away for free...
its almost Bound to happen...

Unless they genetically modify their plants to be un-cloneable. We all know some plants are a bitch to clone; there is a genetic basis for that. I'm sure they can utilize the trait...

Am get idea to made Tryloss, company that collecting genetics for common good
and off course to explain you genetic tree of cannabis...

so all of you that hard collected genetics just need to send me some samples.. but i love alive seeds mostly... ;D LOL

Then later we make some wider buissnes...

Am cant belive it was so easy to trick people,so stupid and low trick
that no one expected it was a set-up to grab their goods...

also have feeling that this was a goal from begginings, plan was
maded long long before..

execution we sees in real time..

Seems about right to me. I mean where did GW get their original genetics...

Seems a rerun previous stsm actions...

Sharing is caring
Flood your local community and thus the economy with free cuttings of your most desirable genetics!
Sharing is always the answer and we learned that at age 2 or so

I (seem to) remember Grey Wolf being locked out of his SkunkPharm account and his IP hijacked - and the name GW Pharmaceuticals is somehow attached to that (be an EVEN WORSE fucking rip if they stole his INITIALS as well to further fool people)

...but that may be a different story entirely - still, it sounds *exactly* like capitalism (as in ‘making yourself rich off other people’s money and labor’)

Seems to all be about how you stack your lies, as to what you can get away with - but that’s really none of my business...

I try to keep up on what Phylos is doing, got on their mailing list. Here's what they sent me:

To our community,

We announced our plant breeding program on Tuesday. Unfortunately, some people are accusing us of stealing or claiming ownership over plant samples that have been sent to us. We take this seriously and we want to share more clarity and context.

We’re starting a breeding program.
We started Phylos with a simple mission: to better understand cannabis. We always thought we’d get into plant breeding, but we thought we’d do it exclusively by bringing our science to breeding partners. After 5 years, we’ve learned a lot by analyzing the data from thousands of plants. But that data is not useful for breeding. The information on the Galaxy can’t be used to generate the genetic markers that power breeding programs.

The biggest thing we learned was that to have a real impact on the world we needed to launch our own in-house research program where we’ll grow thousands of plants, test them, generate data, and study that data to drive our breeding work. We have a team of data scientists and plant breeders that will drive an entirely new kind of breeding program, one that is founded on analysis we perform on our own plants, in house.

We would never steal your plants.
Not only is it impossible to recreate a plant from the dead samples you give us, but we also would never do it because it goes directly against our values and would destroy the trust the community has given us. We’re working with long-time Oregon breeders to negotiate fair licensing contracts for the seeds and clones that will serve as the foundation for our breeding program. We are not stealing anything to leverage our breeding work.

We're going to create outrageous new weed.
Alright, we hear you. This statement on social media was insensitive and lacked context. For that, we own the comments “made by sellouts for chads” and “lying ass buttholes” among some other really amazing ones. In all seriousness, we’re not going to compete directly with you. Our breeding work will be focused on difficult challenges like PM resistance. We’ll also be breeding hemp for industrial uses like hempcrete, bioplastics, and carbon sequestration. And we’ll also make some high-THC, high-terpene plants too—but those will be plants we’re committed to bringing back to the community. And we’ll let small farmers breed with them if they want to.

We're working on royalty-based in-licensing agreements with breeders.
We are in negotiations with a number of well-established breeders to distribute their best varieties under their brand as healthy, tissue culture clones through our nursery project, Conception. These breeders will get generous royalties for every plantlet sold. We’ll keep sharing details as we have them and we’re open to anyone who’s interested in working with us on this front.

We’re excited to share insights from the work we’re doing and will continue to funnel our learnings into tools for the cannabis community. We want to hear from you if you have any concerns. Email us, call us, DM us on Instagram, or stick pins in a Voodoo doll. We just want you to know we’re here for you first and foremost.

Sincerely,
All of us at Phylos

They're going to make a lot of money. I know the cannabis community is more creative in their insults then 'lying ass buttholes', share some of the good stuff! It's a strange time and place to be part of right now. We're a 'community', 'industry', 'partners', or 'corporate lackeys'. They say they changed their mind about starting a breeding program, meaning they're putting their shills like Connell Clarke or Sam the Skunkman on the spot. I'd be pissed if I was one of those guys out hustling seeds for these guys. Unless they knew about and were buying stock five years ago.

I don't believe what they say about the data being worthless for breeding purposes. It's information and information is golden. Personally I wouldn't be pissed if I shared my data with them because that small blip of data alone isn't worth much. It'd be enough for me to have my own shiny star on the galaxy, but if you're pissed you have the right to be. I don't believe they're using the genetics people sent to them, a large percentage of which is un-growable and the rest isn't necessarily worthwhile stock. There's enough sources of high potency type genetics out there, I'd buy for instance 10,000 seeds from Sam's corporation if I was starting a project. Lots of places you could find thousands of seeds at the moment.

I hope this is the last time someone gets surprised by this sort of stuff. Cannabis is like any other commodity now, not just Phylos but your neighbor or dispensary partner could do the same sort of thing. It's not our little garden of Eden anymore, not that it ever was. I don't think the Garden of Eden had jails. If it's their legal right to do so. But it goes both ways. Phylos are tools, both literally and figuratively. They provide useful services and business opportunities but make sure you don't give them something for nothing.

I speak fluent BS. No translator wrote that company release. It's real BS.

Just my last 2 cents on the matter. It's greasy.

I meant to say that a few posts back, did I screw up?
Grey Wolf is on record here describing, in his gentle way, what went on...I’ll stand beside you in sticking up for him.

man they are going to sell to big ag and cannabis will be the next soybean. phylos has connections with Syngenta AG(out of Switzerland)(who also feed more than half of the world) who is owned by chemchina which is owed by Chinese government. Bayer(germen) owns Monsanto. Bayer and ChemChina are making moves to get to cannabis and will modify it. All this info is there if you look. Big ag is coming and phylos will sell them all their data and our community.

S1 their genetics , cross them, flood the community with knock off clones ... that will frustrate things a bit.
Welcome, big corporations, to the world of weed ... we’ve been researching for a bit too :tiphat:

I'd be willing to bet that GW Pharma got their genetics from Sam Skunkman.
Sam has been working with/for them after all.
