You can get charged with DUI on a bike so be careful. Also, a lot of people can get hurt if you are really wasted. You could get hit by another car and you're dead or really hurt. You could also run into someone else.
It almost happened to a friend of mine. When I lived in the city our main mode of transportation was a bike and one night my friend was stopped after coming home from a bar. He wasn't wasted so the cop let him go but the cop did warn him.
I believe the only thing a human can operate and not be charged with DUI is a horse because a horse will walk its self even if you are passed out.

1. to outlaw or ban weed or liquor is ridiculous and is a step BACK as opposed to forward.
2. the main issue is people need to know their limits/tolerance, once you know your limits then you know what you are able to do/not to do.
3. gotta live and learn.
i smoke and drive/ drink and drive all the time for years now and enjoy every minute of it!! why? cause i know my limits and tolerance levels. drinking till you black out?!?!? fucking retarded!!! smoking till you can even take a simple breath without wheezing??!? fucking retarded as well because in both situations you waste weed and liquor and aren't able to really enjoy either one. if you normally go on benders then hey, you know you always need that driver to get you home, and keep everyone else safe.
when me and my pals go out, i am the one driving cause i know/learned how to have a good time as well and not go overboard by learning my limitations and how much is enough.
at home i smoke/drink all i want and how i want. when i go out, i smoke joints and have my drinking routine especially when i know ill be driving that night, if im not the point man that night, i can go as far as i want to and even THEN i still maintain some form of limitation.

And don't blow your money on some lawyer who promises to get you off for$$$$. It won't help you and your busted, you got an Alchol problem.
Find a friend in AA, I'll bet you will know somebody at the first meeting you attend.
"Everything gonna be alright" if your man enough to step up! Admit your powerless over alchol and throw yourself on the mercy of the court. Don't augue with me, just do it. I've fucked up too! I know AA works. Just do it, this shit will pass. And go aplogize to your mom.
