If they catch you, they will make an example of you. In my state the penalties DOUBLE when you're close to a school. AND, as I said, they will make an example of you, and treat you like some kind of pedofile. I would think an equivalent house NOT close to a school would be cheaper anyway. I definitely would never buy a house that close to a school. but that's just me.

If one is caught they are going to do everything they can to heighten the charges.

Many on here saying dont do it are most likely within range of some sort of establishment that they'll try to tack on to harden your charges.

Around here I've seen it brought up for schools, daycares, churches, libraries, and any other establishment similar.

A lot of us are near something of those sorts and don't even realize it.
