Snapped stem "Super Cropping"

Hey All,

I'm supercropping for the first time this grow and I accidentally snapped one of my main stems on a plant, I bent it over and just assumed it would heal but it didn't and now you can see the dried inner stem... the leaves are still find and the branch looks good but the stem is completely fucked. I taped it up today but I'm not sure if it can even heal at this point. Does anyone know what I should do? Should I just cut it off? I can take pictures as needed.

I did the same, stem just held on by about a 1/3. I just left it and to my surprise it recovered completely. Where it happened is just a big lump now. It took a couple of weeks.

I’ve taped a few. Splinted a few. Propped up a few.

If you top, you leave a weak spot that can break.
Not that you can’t top. Just be aware.

If you over do the silica the stems are less flexible and break.

Yet another fix with Duck tape. Actually, any tape will fix it. I've had big branches snap under weight and the lived without taping them.

I had the same, i had nearly ripped the Mainstem off, only a third was left. The Leaves over the damaged Part all hung down for three Days. First i thought: comm on, cut this rotting vegtable, but then i left it like it was, only that i bound it into the right Position, where it had a bit of Contact at the cut Part.. Within 1,5 Weeks progressively all healed ! it seemed absolutely NO Problem, Leafs stoud again and it produces NEW Male Flower wich i want. (Damage happend in Vegetation-Phase) . No Problem for Canabis the Fiber-Plant

Tape works great. Sometimes I use a splint.
If it's really bad and damaged, I coat the surfaces of the wound with aloe gel. Sort of creates a bandaid to seal out infection.
