Start off with a quality grade of Beef Skirt Steak. This one is a "choice" grade, and is Black Angus beef. I stuff with, Organic spinach,sweet red bells,large button mushrooms,red onion, and feta cheese

I use to do almost the exact same thing BUT w/ Pork Loin.....butterflyied out lengthwayz..........
Ok I made a mistake. I stoked a bongload before rolling this skirt up. I tied the strings without the bacon in place. I had to go back and use a tool to slide the bacon in place under the butchers twine.
This is OG Kush/Master Kush/Sour Diesel. We will use alot more than what is pictured. We will also use some fresh bud.
