Smoke report template

This is my standard *bong* report. Anyone interested in using this as a template. Not sure if there is a way to make it available to where you can just type in the info. I think it's a lot cleaner than the older one but a lot easier to read while still being able to put in a lot of info. If there is one already like this I apologize. Let me know what ya think. I like it. The really long, complicated one I've seen some peeps with a millions options is too much. The questions are longer than the answers in that one, too complicated

i agree good job,i cant really take reading that other one.the template should be shraight to the point ,although i would add mabey a section for problems encountered during growing, and to balance it a postive experinces section.

Thanks for the feed back guys. Bentom187 That's a good idea. Didn't even cross my mind. I was hoping some people would chime in so we all could come up with a better smoke report. Once I add some more stuff I'll post up a better one. Feel free to do the same peeps. Peace and *bong* everyone.

I don't mind if peeps want to use a template for their smoke reports but would still be happy with a free flowing self-worded smoke report. Just tell us in your own words. There are some very creative writers here and their passion really comes thru when using your own words. That's my take.
