Small grow cabinet SCROG input needed

Hi guys, I've been on here sooo long and I'm only now finally able to have a small indoor grow. I'd had to drop the dream of growing indoors for a few years which was mighty tough.

If you had this cabinet and criteria how would you best utilise it?

-Cabinet is H94cmW84cmD43cm

-I have two Master Kush seeds germinating. Thinking SCROG in soil or coco?

-Either an LED fitting (if I can get a decent one at the right price) or CFL's. I don't want to run ballasts or HPS lights.

And are there any grows you'd recommend I copy in the grow diaries section?
