What a beautiful Election Day (hit 79.9F - Wowzers); I was gonna trim some Peach & Apple Trees but instead choose to take down the Purple Durlumbo - what a beauty, I gave her a real good wash due all the dead bugs etc, the ladybugs didn’t seem to mind

Best of luck with the OHxSK1 you shall be the first in quite a while.

I was tempted to crack some myself but went for straight hazes. Even when they were given out as freebies i think i only got one pack of 5 after many many orders and only when i specifically asked for them a few times. The other freebies were great too and i managed to bag a pack of thunk at one point.

The bud pic you posted of your 2006 bud looked lovely. How old are these seeds you are germinating now?

If they are 20 yr old or so were you not tempted to give them a 2 day soak with 3% peroxide? I find it very effectively softens the the outer shell while providing extra oxygen to the seed. I reckon It may double my germination rate with the older seeds.

If you have any time i'd love to hear a bit about the smoke of OHxSk1 and any flavours and smells you experienced.

The OHxSk#1 keeper we had that the budshots are of was really loud blackcurrant/catpiss smelling plant, tasted pretty much how it smelled. Very potent. Cant remember much more but hopefully when they are done I can give a updated report.

No mango in there, pepper yes but like I said it was catpiss/nettles/blackcurrant just to name a few smells that come to my mind. Couldnt smoke or carry it in public, smell was so overwhelming that even an idiot could tell it was cannabis.

Tom's Haze we had was more on the floral/sweet side of things, mango/pepper/lavender etc. And was probably the most potent strain we have ever had. Gonna have to get it back in our collection.
