hard to judge the pic exactly, but for me she looks a touch too dark green... leaves droopy... dont get me wrong.. not trying to find something wrong here.. not my stlye
from what i can tell you dont have deficiencys and are doing a great job!

So you think Phosphorous level is good?
It interest me what your N level is
also what is your soil composition, how often do you feed, plain water?
sorry if you posted the info and i havent found it..

im about to move into a new farm and want to test my soil,
from what i have gathered here.. not all labs have the same standards & protocol
would it make sense to send my samples to one of the labs mentioned here, or should i just find a place here in spain.. ?
thanks

I have a good agronomist from Spain working here in Peru. We are pretty sure that very few labs will run the correct process(es) worldwide, much less Spain, that have been created in the last 10 years to better dial in a soil.

Folks world wide use Spectrum. I send in all my samples from Mexico, Honduras, Guatemala, Costa Rica, Peru and Brasil to this lab. Using the correct process really throws a new level into "dialing it in".

What kind of soils do you have where you are? Where in Spain do you farm?

i will hit you up via pm for details, im interested!

we will be right between barcelona and girona, minutes from the ocean,
the farm is situated higher up in the mountains
i cant say much about the soil tbh, i havent checked it out yet.. i will be back in a few weeks when i move in...
there are a few patches that have been used for horses and goats for some years, i was thinking of using them, but they might be way too hot?! so i guess i will be sending 2 samples, one of the normal soil and one from those horse patches...
i think that would be best
i was planing on doing polyculture with some cannabis plants concealed in between, probably within tomatoes as they have a similar feeding requirements..
main aim is to grow vegetables and herbs, the other plants will be secondary...
as i will still be doing indoor so the ones outdoor will just be a little bonus,
might also do a little greenhouse so would use the soil for there too...
thanks

Dank,

I have to be honest, the right biology at the right time can really be a huge help.

With that said, I can assure you that any thing I am growing is sitting in phosphorus levels that would be illegal in most states, especially next to a river or estuary haha.

Try it. Maybe it will work for you. But do a trial one or two plants with and the rest without.

When we going to see your soil analysis Dank?

Still working on a new recipe. I reuse my soilless run after run useing minnimal organic readily aviable amendment's . i have been winging it for years just going off my last run to decide how to amend for next run . but i mainly feed through liquid fert (earth juice) . but i an intrested in getting a test done just for the fun off it .i source as much as i can from local natural occurring source's when ever possable .

Plants seem to like it though.

I am working on pushing what i can get out of these two gallon paint buckets hand watering. So my recipe has to hold water better then most yet still get air . so far its going good (beating every thing like ffof ) and i have been able to bump my feeding amounts higher then i have ever seen with out burn or ill effect (i am at 3 to 4 times earth juice recomended amounts ). I am currently getting about 1 1/2 to 2 inches of new growth a day in veg this current run (hand watering) .its time to get a test to figure out the next step .

I plan to do some crazy big outdoor next year . aftet this year with a sickly neglected plant (first year doing outdoor) i am confedent i can hit 15# plants but i want to go for the recored . somthing 20# plus just for the fun off it .

Dankwolf, would that be your first time attempting trees next year? It's kind of like saying "It's my rookie year, but I'm going to hit 80 homers". 5-8 lbs/plant is a good goal. Run blue dream, blue city diesel, or shorter flowering diesel or haze crosses and it'll be easier.

I hit 5+ with out even trying with a cull from my indoor that just about died two times cause i did not relly give a shit a neglected the plant horribly.

So are you saying i should aim for half ass sickly plants. Not to be an ass but i am offended that you asume what i can or cant do and what my goals should be .

I see you got some skill but dont think for a second your the only one .i am not trying to start shit but i took it vary personally that you feel you can set my goals from your limited knowledge of me and my skill/knowledge level.

You've grown one plant outside and you want to set the record next season. He's just putting your overconfidence in check. It isn't about your growing skill, it's about your lack of experience outdoors. Greenhouse is also different than outdoor.

@dankwolf: Yeah, your skill level is about a 1/10 (maybe a 1.5 on your very best day buts thats being generous)

good luck!

Good, maybe with a healthy start you'll be able to hit 8

Nowhere in my post did I suggest that. I can make an assumption about your experience because you provided us pictures.

Where in my post did I suggest that I'm the only one who knows how to grow? You're inferring these things because your feelings are hurt.

You will be questioned or disagreed with if you participate on this forum. If you can post here without reacting emotionally to other people's posts, you'll probably find that you'll learn more and people will be more willing to share.

I will admit i let my ego get in the way (happens from time to time ). i appreciate the advise and obviously by the responses from some seasoned outdoor guys it is going to be more difficult the previously thought. You are more then likely right that i wont hit the numbers i am aiming for but i am still going to try regardless .
