psycho-somatic virtues?
psycho-somatic virtues?
WOWWWW... I've been looking for a coherent source of info re: smoke reports, grows, etc. This is a great start. So many great new cultivars, which to choose? As well as their psycho/somatic virtues, hearing how they well they do growing in or outdoors would also be useful to those of us blessed (or not) with the right elemental climates and situations.
I get confused sometimes what people mean by "sativa" and "indica," especially in relation to the mind-body continuum (I get the strict botanical genetics, thank you). I appreciate when people can articulate what parts of their brains or bodies feel the medicine most specifically: how they feel 5 or 30 minutes later; where in their head or body do they feel it? Is it an up, down, or comatose buzz? Terms like couchlock are wonderfully descriptive yet perhaps not specific enough. I consider other descriptive categories besides emotional or sensual; I wanna know if I'll be giggling till I can't breathe, or can't breathe because I'm overwhelmed with the heavies...
Example: 1/2 hour after sharing my 1 g of Lambs Bread with two friends, I asked them to show me where in their physical heads were they feeling the buzz? In unison, without looking at each other, they made the same movement: as though passing their hand over their foreheads. Noticing that we all shared the exact same physical sensations became the start of a journey I've begun in learning how individual and collective cannabinoids may impact the various parts of my physical brain at a level that is experienced physically as well as mentally, where I really do feel mentation as a specific neurological sensation. Of course I don't have lab equipment or other left-brain tools, but we all know how we feel when we smoke or drink or eat the good erb, and our years of "testing" and developing discernment gives us more skill than we may have thought.
Anybody else want to experiment?
I'm playing with the Afgooey first. Why not start with my favorite friend?
See you in the smoking lounge, next to the fuchsias and amaryllis. . . ahh, Naure. . . . . woooopps, it kicked in. . . what was I saying?
Oh: goodnight, and bud bless.
