I wish I could put them under a screen, I'm sure they'd perform much better. They're not under the kind of light I'd like... hopefully soon enough though.

i alway thought leaves use light and other elements in the production of fruit, hence if you cut too many leaves or roots it effectively retards yeild in the end.... but ive always trimed the fans and around bud sites after 6-7 weeks flower....i take clones 2weeks in flwr sometimes but i dont f*ck with a flowering plant 3-4wks in...OG is were i got this..

Why are you even continuing????

You said you trimmed the non defoliated one! Why would you tamper with the experiment like that?

I will post new pics when I get a second.. been busy lately..

Almost time to chop...

Hovah...I agree... I was always a botanist in training in life..and knew that the deleafing would be counter productive, but I had the space and PLENTY of plants to try this with, so I did...

More pics to come soon enough...

once you begin defoliating, it becomes a habit. Everyday you walk into your grow room and you see a big fan leaf. You take it off. Then the 2nd biggest fan leaves begins to look like the biggest and also needs to go. And you do this again and again until you have a garden of bare stems. Two days later you do it again. But when you stop, your plants just explode with growth. Short and bushy with tight internodes and a lot of bud sites.

Funny! but true... developing excessive compulsive behavior! lol..

I brought back fresh cut clones/cuttings home in McDonnalds straws (they're BIGGER), 2.5 inches long,
with only a nub of green at one end and a small wad of wet paper towel at the other..
2 of 3 rooted in in less than ten days...
those cuttings had NO leaves what so ever! gifted BubbaKush, currently 3 wks in bloom..

I'm high, only on page 7 and I want to see the pics.. good job! I like concept.
no insecurities about being a contact..

If one puts someone on their ignore list, do you still see their posts?

EDIT: Like majic.. the pics just 'appeared'!.. Tks. Page 12.. I like calm. <Still high(er)

But I still can not see the pics on page 1??.. patients, McDuck.

EDIT: Thank you..

In the "dark room"

Ladies will stay in here for a couple days...

Then chop-chop..and will do a weight report:tiphat:

I expect by just looking at the ladies, that I will definitely pull a lil more with 1 vs the other... but as stated early on, my method of deleafing was not done at the opportune time. Next time I give this method a go I will wait for a more appropriate time to do the defoliating. I will also either do a scrog with it or single cola for better comparison, probably single colas.

i cant see no pics. what developed in this thread?

I guess the defoliated plants yield was less that the non-defoliated one lol.

Why else would Incognegro abandon the thread he was so passionate about?

He was last online
