Sounds like a plan.
The heat will fix itself as summer fades away. Personally, I cant wait for that. 80* is the lowest the plantry has been all summer - and that's just recently. Hopefully it isn't too little, too late. There are plenty of kick ass growers here who don't bother flowering in the summer.

Im always fucking with my fan. High beats up the plants in front, medium doesn't provide much circulation in the back.

I already got a bigger A/C lol Its multiple factors and the only issue right now is summer and me lacking humidity during lights on.

id also say a little over crowded.

65F during lights off would be devastating electricity wise. Its just the summer man. Outside is NOT 65F at night here either. once the weather turns I don't even need the A/C at night. Then when it gets winter, the grow is my heather :D and I incubate cause fuck it does get cold.

This is good learning to see who likes to grow in the heat, because lets face it man, cannabis grows in places that aren't exactly perfect conditions... so if there are some strains that standout as real hearty and tolerable to heat, I can have certain strains left out during summer to keep any issues from arrising due to heat but its not like outside in the sun the plants are at an optimal 75F...

I realize you are trying to help me but it is what it is. Until I get a better size space, its just the roughness of summer kicking things out of sync and once things cool down and I can get smaller, PROVEN, plants in there, it'll shape out to be, hopefully, a good grow :)

I got pictures to take tonight, thats wut I'ma do.

and ima harvest the GDPxQuerkles and BATF F2 #2/#3 potentially. Its time to move on. I found the good plant, let that shit continue as it desires and get better things in motion. :joint:

environment is good apart from lights on humidity. Once I get that where its supposed to be, its practically dialed.

If I didn't have such big plants, It would be even better temps imo but last night the temps were 77.7F behind the fan on the stool and 85.4F above the right light. Thats with a ballast blowing exhaust air at it, which is potentially raising it but I have no other good placement for it, and haven't really been too worried.

lights off I let the temps sit at 75F while the RH handles it self, thanks to hte plants natural night time habits :) and before lights on I blast the lungroom freezing cold to 65F and the temps usually lower to 73F and then swing up by 10pm to the usual 77F down below and sometimes 88F up above

Some days the temps are at 75F down below for the most of it

What needs fixing is me. My feeding knowledge, practices, and methods, all that stuff. I need to dial in how my plants like to eat, and understand the best way to use the nutrients for my situation, thats what hte 5.5 ph is about. Plus consistency in everything, the room/equipment and me/habits/methods.

Also saving some money :D

So to answer your question briefly - im not stoned :smoke:

Yes. Humidity. Adding it. And Knowledge. Thru experience and observation and notes, I'm going to get this done right.

I also lowered the fan speed setting on my osc fans, it was on the medium power and I think thats part of the mess going on with the leaves looking like doodoo on some plants, straight beat up.

Right now I'm trying to do perpetual and nail down how to make everyone happy, including myself.

Schools up and coming aroudn the corner, i'll never stop going. Ganna do ceramics this semester, ganna make me a debowler and one of those mugs for coffee and a bowl to burn out of!!!

Sigh... and the plants outside, fawk I wish I had a house.

Strawberries had spidermites. ISO/Wipe downs. we are good. Plus I been on top of it with a good IPM schedule and cleanliness. I don't wear my work clothes into the house, and no shoe rule and I wipe everything down everyday, all door knobs, light switches, the toilet...

This mother fucker is clean.

with harvest coming up and more cleaning required after, right now I'm going to get fresh coco and pots and start fresh with the veg girls that are ready for bloom., including beneficials and smaller size plants lol

Do you think theres something else I should be addressing? I can't possibly write it out how its mapped out in my head but I feel super confident and optimistic that I'll get this right with a few more expected hiccups.

Nuttin i haven't said already brotha. Just curious what ya were gonna do different. The heat sux, i feel ya.

climate control comes first . you need a bigger ac that can drop your night temps to at least 65f . Trying to learn to feed and water plants in a room that stays at 75f during lights off is pointless and a waste of time cause those temps r always gonna cause problems with how the plants eat and drink and look and will keep you from being competitive with other indoor growers who do have proper climate control.

Don't engage this guy
All I see is neg shit and ridiculous claims...

Dude has a closet grow who the fuck is he competing with.

Don't like to read about kids fine. Stfu and mind your own

Obviously need to put this guy on ignore. I've seen enough. Nothing to gain from him I suggest we all do it. Makes it real simple.

Again he has a small grow= funds are limited. O course ideal temp make a differance. So does having enough money to make ends meet until upgrades can be purchased, if ever. Seems like a small hobby grow to learn with to me. Not someone worried about competing with others just yet.
My problem isn't about ac advise. It's your views on a few things. Sure u grow just fine for your liking but the attitude stinks more than any weed. IMO
Like I said I've seen enough to form my opinion. No worries for you im sure. None here

Man all this shit is really derailing from having fun on here.

I took pictures.

Also big changes.

BATF F2 #2/#3 harvested and trimmed. #1 was topped cause she was too floppy and im pretty sure her lowers can go longer.

BlackBerry Pearl is such a shitty mess. Not even picture worth and I already offered it to my friends for free if they wanna take and trim its crappy fox tail no bud self... Told u lots of wax soon lol but shes outa the room and ready for chop.

Also the Pineapple Haze is outa the room and Shes ready for chop.

GDPxQuerkle is ready too - SOOO PURPLE :canabis:

I put a lot of stuff from veg into flower.

GSC x1
Flamethrower x1
Pineapple Haze x1 thats 3 in bloom now.
Lemon Haze x2
Burning Desire x1
BATF F2 #1 x2
NTOG x1 - yup another one :) I should have a NTOG every week to put into bloom.
CSxNH #1 x2
and SCT #1 x3

If the original plants don't cut it, im just going to chop and thin out flower and make room for hte glue and other stuff ready to move along.

Ive wasted to much time, energy, space and all that shit, on plants not worth any of it.

Good morning everyone - time for a haircut and many errands.

:smoke out:

funny thing is, the Pineapple Haze still isn't done lol... and now the GPDxquerkle is outa the room.

GH CocoTek IS GARBAGE!!!! At the price of 9$, 11$ less than what I usually get, its not worth it.

1, its not as high quality. Needs multiple rinses IMO

2, it doesn't smell good, like the ready coco in the bags, that smells like earth.

3, for the price, the work isn't worth it, soaking in 9 gallons of water it doesn't completely use and then you gotta rinse it and move it into another container to keep it for staying soggy and going bad...

My experience. I had to give it a try, only way to learn.

So I got 2 gallon smart pots, all the girls I listed in the previous post that entered bloom are now in the 2 gallon smart pots EXCEPT

GSC and one SCT #1. The GSC isn't as robust as I'd like so im letting her stick to her container and letting it dry out so she gets to work and quits screwing around.

Apart from that the Silver Skunk Bx1 #1 is off the dry line :canabis: I'm extremely impressed by this weed, taste, potency, stickiness, smell... its got it all EXCEPT the bad nanner trait... I hope Medman breeds that out of it, Straight FIRE homies.

That blackberry Pearl was such a hard trim, next time I notice a plant being a queef like that, ima just cut it and replace it.

Fed the clones tonight since I got them organized and I'm jsut too tired to plant them all, water them all, then organize them into place.

Plus I want to get the rockwool I got into use.

10 huges

18 delta 10s, 4x4x4

14 outa 20 glue clones rooted so far.

I've been working all day on this shit.

Im about to smoke HEAVY and eat some munchies, IDGAF that its midnight or any of that shit, I been slaving away and I need to treat mahseph to some fun and R&R if I'm going to get this pineapple haze done tonight.

I would sit on the rockwool until ya got a pure rockwool run. Don't stretch yaself thin brotha. Just gonna make more work an take tlc away from the coco ladies.

I can see ya doing an handling it though, but I can also see the work drowning ya too. Either way it only gets better each run.

Ya that silver skunk is really good weed.

P haze trimmed.

GDPxQuerkle up tonight with the SCT #1/#2

#2 has lots of nanners today, fresh, random calyxes, so its not a light leak or anything. SCT #1 has had a few here and there and I plucked another off today. Must be picky plants/early finishers.

Chopping both those, #2 is mostly cloudy trichs and SCT #1 is about 20% amber.

8 week strain, oops lol :D

#2 is still green as fuck and #1 is faded.

So many pictures and so much shit to do, like squeeze out that coco brick from yesterday and get all that coco in proper storage cause its ganna rot sitting in water.

GH COCOTEK

GH COCOTEK

IS GARBAGE!!!!

I'm going to flame that shit for the rest of my life.

After squeezing out the coco, You get to find all the random filler crap they put in there.

Like rocks, Sand, Wood chips, What looks like coconut shell flakes...

I'm really surprised that coconutz guy was using this shit.

Even at 5$ a brick, I don't think GH CocoTek is worth the price.

I took a picture, There was a lot of by product in that brick and it pissed me off...

thought ya'll should know.

Cannacoco or the usual dutchman from ehre on out for me.

Might try teh new Foxfarm coco, and then theres other options too these days, like Royal Gold, but they might have fixed their past issues.

Time to get back to trimming...

Fucking bummed about the sugar cane trains... I'm not going to toss the clones and going ot give them a round 2 attempt, with no boosters, just straight base.

Maybe I should just wave em bye bye and focus on proven strains?

:wallbash: lol

Ill probably get some flak but...

The cheap ass coco I got has no rocks, sand, wood in it. A couple of shell flakes and Im not understating that - just a couple in a whole 11 lb block. There wasn't even very much super fine dusty particles in it.

The company uses the outer fibrous part of the husk to make doormats. You know, those thick mofos so many houses up NE way have outside. I think that theres little to no salt in it too. I bet the process of separating the inner husk from the outer washes it away. The next block I open, Ill scrape some off and wet it, then taste it.

Two things surprised me about it. 1 - The earthy smell it had while I was drying/fluffing it after the rinse. 2 - The amount of water it held while being so fluffy. I could grab a handful and squeeze and water would literally run out - not drip out. OK, there were 3 things. 3 - how much it fluffed up wet. It said approx. 17 gals when broken up, but it was more like 24 gals. I bought 2 18 gal bins and filled them both about 3/4 full.

Maybe theres better coco to be had, but for $16 a block and no issues not caused by me, I wont switch brands anytime in the forseeable future. It still has to prove itself in bloom but I highly doubt there will be an issue. At least none that I don't create.

Bro, you just told me to quit with the beans and run what I know will be good, sooo... right back at ya. :)
I like the adventure of seeds, but I don't have a patient clientele counting on me so I can afford a bad plant or 2.

If you still want to pheno hunt, just veg long enough to cut a couple clones then flower the donor right away. That way you only lose a couple slots on the tables and you aren't wasting a ton of time, energy and resources on garbage.
