I had thought the only problem with the portable ac's was that they didn't last long, and that most used cooled water vapor to chill the air, increasing humidity. But alas that is the extent of my knowlege. As longs as temps and humidity is right, keep on.

Damn Shystie... nice set up. You might like what I did to my attic (check my thread). That ebb and gro system was the first thing I bought and what I had originally planned to use until I read in many places that it's not "if" the controller ends up overflowing your room it's "when" so if you still have the chance I would HIGHLY recommend laying pond sheet down on the floor to hold any possible water spillage. I'm socal born and raised and from experience I think you will need a good air conditioning set up and an even better air cooling set up over the lights. Also the stealth attic idea is definitely the way to go... when the square covering is over our entrance and the grow room is in stealth mode the vaportek + exhausting out of the room out a vent in the attic make it completely unnoticable. Excited to see how your shit goes.
