Shulam & Cinnamon Grow

B

Boxy Brown

well iv got some bad news, the cinnamon was forming more balls amongst the flowers so I decided to cut her down :puppydoge , she was a nice plant and I will remember her forever :frown: , but lets look at the bright side of things now the other plants will have more room and will be getting more light.

Ahh sucks about the cinnamon. But I think you will have some pretty impressive buds. So you have the two Shulams and the easy bud?

Over the weekend I decided to rearrange my reflector, before the light spread was uneven but now its much better.

Today I decided to take out my ozone generator because the plants are fairly low odor so I figure the musky smell of my 50 years old attic will cover up any smell, the shulams smell like lemons while the easy bud smells distinctly like grape fruit :yummy:

This is the easy bud, she's filling in nicely :joint:

Very nice looking plants Boxy. Looks like you're in store for hella bud before too long. Best of luck for the rest of grow. I'll be checking in to see how things turn out. Take it easy.

Wow, awesome grow, just fantastic, one of the cleanest, most organised and detailed grows I've seen and a superb job of documenting it. I am always amazed by the size of plants you can grow in tiny pots of coco. So are those plants in 4 inch rockwool cubes sat in 1 litre bags of coco?

Really sad about the Cinnamon, she was a real beauty.

thanks!, I try to keep things as clean as possible (im currently cleaning out the box as we speak), and the plants are in 4" rockwool thats been planted into a 3.78L bag of coco, I water them about once every day (except the easy bud which needs water every other day).

also the cinnamon was a huge loss for me, I really wanted to keep her but she just wouldn't stop producing them dam balls so I was left with no other option :frown:

The way you grow and document the details so well makes it very easy to learn from mistakes and for others to chip in with advice, this thread should be used to show people how to do a grow thread. Great work man, be proud!

Its not often I see full-blown hermies like that. I had a Black Light recently do that to me. About 4 years ago I had a couple of hermies in a pack of Jack Herer, which is what the Cinammon is based on. The true females I had (3) were all very different though, I kept the hazy one as a mother for a couple of years. The Cinammon you had reminded me of her a lot.

I decided to move the plants around and bring back the easy buds booster seat, one of the shulams is getting some nutrient burn and might loose two of its leaves so iv backed off on the nutrients by a couple hundred ppm's.

Looking fantastic boxy. You might want to tray and even out that camopy a little though, the plants on the right hand side and lower and won't receive quite the same intensity of light, maybe use something to boost the pots like an upturned pot.

That tallest lady at the back is going to be one beautiful lady when she's done.

there only about 14" (35-cm) away from the bulb which is 600w so I don't think there's a problem.

Yeah, but if that tall one is closer and is fine, you can move them closer, this will get more light onto the lower branches of those plants beefing them up. The best way to do it is to get them as close to the light as you can without burning them. A good way to judge the distance you can place them is to place the back of your hand at the distance you are going to place the top of the plant and leave it their for a minute or two. If your hand becomes uncomfortably warm, it is too close.
