Weatherstripping around the borders and negative pressure inside the cabinet. I haven't gotten it perfect yet, but it's about 98% lightproof. If you walked into the room with the lights off and the cabinet on, you'd have to really look to see the light leaking out.

Well I would suggest...
Order PandaWrap online, its called black and white poly, and at good stores, you can get it by the foot. Then go to Grow Depot! and get some Velcro, then get a cabinet, take off the front/back, and then throw down the velcro and the Panda Wrap right on then place the doors back on. 100% lightproof access from the back with wheels on the bottom! I really need to post my how to on this...

Good Luck!

Grass, Im going to be going with that idea too, but my issue is that the velcro itself comes unstuck from the wood frame. I am going to be trying it by first placing duct tape on the wood frame, then the velcro on top of that, staple-gunning that down and then attaching the velcro'd b/w poly as the doorflap.

Just out of curiosity, did you have an account here under the name alk_bud?

My cabinet has double swing out doors, on one of the doors i've just applied a small strip of wood to work as a lip (i.e you close that door first). On the inside of the wooden strip is a strip of weather stripping which creates an air tight seal when the other door is closed on top of it.
