should i mist clones? or dome?

Have some few day old cuttings in solo cups (coco) with humidity domes over them; 2 liter bottles cut to fit right over the cups.
Should I be misting the clones themselves, or just the inside of the domes? Or both? The coco stays wet to moist and I'm sure theirs a good bit of humidity in their.
Someone recently insisted that misting the cuts directly is not necessary, as the water droplet quickly dissipate off the vegetation.
It'll be alot easier on me too if I could only mister the inside of the domes, I have a shit load of clones.
What do you guys do? Or recommend.
I have cloned before in the past, in a clonerr, with a dome, but am not too familiar with the whole RH situation with clones. I'm way more of a from seed dude.

I don't mist or dome but my cloning room stays at 50% humidity. That said, you do not need to mist if you use a dome.

I havent misted or domed any clones yet. Straight coco, scrape stem, root gel. A few diddnt root, but they diddnt wilt or yellow either. No clue why.

You can put em' in gallon zip lock bags. Works real good, keeps it real humid. No spraying, just open the bag 10-15 mins a day.

Thanks for the advice guys. I'll just leave them domed, no misting. and let them air out 15-20 mins a day, for now.

I use a self watering seed tray with its dome. Fill the cubes with peat moss, cut your clones, shave stem, dip in rooting gel, put em in, dome them and water the bottom of the tray. I put it right there in my veg tent, wait 10 days and they're ready for transplant. Since I've dialed in my methods I've had a 100% of my cuttings root well every single time. I actually got to that 100% rate when I stopped misting the cuttings or the dome.

That tray was the best $10 I ever spent
