I have a friend whose dad used to be in construction, and he built 2 villas next to each other. He gifted one to my friend, and one to my friends sister.

Well my friends wife and his sister had a fallout and now hate each other. So his sister convinced his dad to kick my friends family out of that house. And right at this moment they are homeless, living in a rented RV and pennyless cos he invested everything in that house.

So many things that can go wrong with the neighbours.
