Only a stable mind is a happy mind, isn‘t it?
My teacher always said, you need to prepare a good street, before you can drive your sportcar at full speed. It was a metaphor for a stable mind, a worldview that fits and an compassionate attitude, before you open your mind and connect with the rest of creation. I found out for me, that this is a good protection.

happyness is just a moment not a fixed destination ..... contentment is the true feeling we are searching for . imo

I dreamed a long time to move to the ocean and learn surfing. But life had other plans for me 😁

Not that much, how I want. But I have some kettle bells and a rower at home. In summer I go to the lake with my sup.

The congo is very activating for me. When I‘m lazy and smoked some of that strain, I want to go for a walk, ride my bike or go swimming. But it‘s not so strong that it makes you nervous.
I’d love to get a SUP! Tried it a couple times and really enjoyed.

was wondering if bangi haze may be good for excercise/physical activity too? Any one here tried it?

i will start training again today . i have not been to a gym or had a work out in around a year now . i work manually so i'm not out f shape , but i have lost loads of power and mass. not a bad thing either really .

the longer the extended rest goes on, the harder it will be down the line on my body .

i'm going to do grip work out on the chin up bar , some pull ups and , chin ups. not many . low rep sets

50 seconds worth of hanging . maybe 5 x 3 pull ups and 5 x 3 chin ups .

3 minutes worth of exercise with 1 minute intervals

sounds easy doesn't it , but it is more than enough for me to begin with
