epoxy resin . it would cost me around 200 per m 2 to get that depth and effect . not cheap. i like the epoxy floors too

possibility for the bathroom floor tbh . marble effect types i quite like . a poured floor . they are dope when done correct

my tile budget is 20 quid per m2 . the screed will cost around 200, the adhesive and grout will cost around 200 . 25 m2 = 500 . 1 day to prepare and screed , at least one day to tile properly with tiled upstand skirts , at least half a day to grout and clean . i have opened a can of worms . i will have to trim all my doors down too

if you can imagine a tin can sealed will live worms and you open up that can . it is chaos . the can sealed is stable , when opened you will have worms everywhere

some things are best left stable and sealed if you can't control the worms
