Found some of my old lights, two Philips MasterColour CDM-T 70 Watt and one Osram Powerball 35 Watt. Can‘t remember, if they were good, because I used an A-Wing with a 600 Watt Powerball which produced very big buds as prime light source.
Thinking about using one or two in the next grow, maybe with led.
I made a lot of mistakes this season and the buds are so small, that I was wondering if I could get better results with CDMs.

The buds are way to small, don‘t you think so?

Taking a smoking break and using my alcohol extract for good sleep the next days.
Tried dronabinol from a pharmacy yesterday but it made me sleepy today.
Smoked the first samples 8 Miles High the last days. Hope, that it gets better after some curing. It produces to much munchies for my taste.

do a mixture of your cdm and led . can you hang the cdm vertical ? look for the universal mounting logo on the box ? are the bulbs with uv protection glass ?

A mixture sounds good. I would fix it horizontally. The tent walls are pulled inwards by the negative pressure and the heat generated by the lamps is too risky for me.
I don’t think, the glass is UV protected.
I had bought construction spotlights and converted them. My main concern was to have protection in case the bulbs burst. I hadn't thought about UV light at all.

the cdms i use have double casing in case of failure and a uvb and uv c blocking glass . do you have accurate spectral diagrams of the bulbs output ? what base connectors and ballasts do they use ?

Sounds safe.
I put the whole thing together over a decade ago and can no longer remember details. The box with the items is not stored with me so I can only show the photos. I also have a photo of one power supply unit.
