Yeah, had my share of fun tripping. One of the best was great mdma combined with acid...
For many years now IYoga and meditation is my thing. Very rarely some weed.

When I used to smoke all night and day I found the difference between smoking and vaping night and day as well.
Now that I use much less the difference between the two seems much more subtle. It's curious.
What I really like the most nowadays is low-dose edibles though.

strictly no tobacco. i just roll fat ganja joints. i used to smoke tobacco , and that was from smoking hash as a youth and mixing it with tobacco .
i know many elders , growers and such like to micro dose and have breaks etc . and really get into the nuances etc. i use it as my medicine , therapy and controls my addictive nature.... and i like to get fucked up safely
i know old timers that just do one hitters every other night , or vape tiny amounts of 18 month cured bud etc.
i'm wired a bit different

the best way for sure is less , and keep tolerance low. if i had a week off using cannabis and then rolled one of my standard daily joints , there is no way i could finish it without it ruining me . i have spinal injuries 2 forms of arthritis and injuries, and when i keep my dosage high i don't notice and i'm mobile and fit. if i stop using as much i get a bit stiff and less mobile . it is a double edged sword. when i'm high i'm fine and maybe produce more adrenaline

new veg light fixtures. 2 for 8 uk pound. Not great quality but should work a treat for how i intend . I'm making a small low watt , veg room tomorrow on the cheap . these sansi led bulbs i like using for veg now. long lasting , well made, cheap and efficient.i have a few different sizes.10 -36 watt
