i'm told , rubbish . i don't watch football anymore . since it became political , i showed football the door . i watch the highlights and goals now and then .

i loved football growing up . i just started to lose interest bit by bit
good move removing the t.v. gives you a tiny bit more control of what gets input or programmed

went down memory lane this morning and revisited my old thread in the micro grow section... it was very exciting while it lasted. pretty much 3 years ago, time flies once again....

The other day I got offered an oldschool "fine leather jacket" scam.
I was leaving a service station where I was for lunch and some guy drives up to me and shouts from his window asking me if I speak Italian. I said no so he continued in English and said how he was here for a watch exhibition and doesn't want to take the remaining stock to Switzerland because of the import duty and he could now give me an incredible opportunity... And (still in the driver seat of his car with it running) he opens up a briefcase which had not even actual watches but a picture of some really crappy looking watch on it. I was like no thanks and he speeded off.
Now as if that wasn't funny enough, an Italian restaurant owner dude says he knows the guy and he has been running the scam for years. The cops can't do anything about it because they can't prove any crime has happened or whatever. But the funny part... the restaurant owner said the guy targets people who look like hicks thinking they'll be easy to fool. Guess my new look of Crocs and athletic pants wouldn't fly in Milan haha.

old trick . we have the same here . usually at service stations ... they offer a tv, show a working model , and give a box of bricks instead of the t.v.. some times it is watches ... some times they are genuine , and freshly stolen
