it is good for you too. just be careful on the roads and beware of other road users . nice to have sunshine charging you up in the morningi think i'm going to fix my bike.
the weather will be very nice again pretty soon.
nothing like riding my bike to work and back home. the streets is kinda downhill in the morning and every evening i get an uphill battle to get rid of the days anger. win win.
must buy more soap too then.
in an ideal world , fair would exist . but sadly it does not . luck is real thoughi'll roll me a cigarette, and have a cup of decaf. double whammy.
the world is not fair said a man.
another replied, fair is where they put blue ribbons on pigs.
i got that from tv, no idea of the exact source.
you can do all kinds of dynamic strength training with those. timbo is top shagger at the hip thrusts kettlebellor maybe i get some kettlebells.
must try that turkish lift timbo posted, but first without bells haha. i'm a cheapo.
a pull up bar is all you need too
i have lost all my power but some size too. i can just manage 5 reps . with good form . i have done 2 x 5 pull ups and 2 x 5 chin ups so far . smoke a joint and do another set. until my body hurtslike one of these?

if you could hang upside down on them even better although personally I would need a friend to stride stabilise it
One arm pullup looks easy though

recently i have just focused on technical boxing , not so much strength work. and now that has ended. i need to build a boxing gym at the farm . for now i'm back on the bar . it is great to be honest . i cancelled all my gym memberships and such. hermit style . my bar is an olympic job. wall to wall , bolted in . fixed up high as possible. i have to jump on it . i'm 6ft 3 , so it is high enoughI'm sure you haven't lost all that much power, working out as regurlarly as you do. Pullups with good form require a lot of strength.
It's harder to keep on any weight unless you actively work out. I've been thinking of a pull up bar for ages, i used to have enough upper body strength to pull myself up a rope without using my legs, beating anyone who would try with legs. Proper little monkey.
what pullup bar do you use? one that wedges into a door or the frame one? I'd love to do pullups on the cheap and not fall flat on my back trying.
