All small letters are most part automatically sorted (even robots read address etc), only problem could be smell if they time to time use sniffer dogs (depends on country), so wash seeds clearly and don't touch the letter with smelly hands. The only real problem is if the go under press, this can broke the seeds. I'm talking here usual letters that look like birthday cards, not bubblewrap envelopes.
