Here's a pic of the cops hauling away my trash this year.

Ehh...The hanging guy was doing his job....And he could have been a much bigger prick if he had wanted to.

There is a backstory behing that pic. Truth be told he was hauling away my "trash". I was within my numbers. There was a dispute that day with the cops about the definition of mature. I could have told them to pound sand and come back with a warrant. But they would have, a few weeks later, when all the plants would have met their mature criteria.

That would have forced me to harvest young. And dry elsewhere.

So we did some wheeling and dealing. I had to give up 10 plants, but in return they let me pick what left and stayed. I gave up all of the small plants and the lesser quality Thai strains. And they left all of the gulch, and the new strains I had made that were growing for the first time.

They took half. They left half. I harvested 30 lbs. Not a bad take.

They never came back after that, no charges were filed.

Trich get me whatever you want them to haul away. The week before next Labor Day. I'm sure they will be back then.

Seems that whenever you drive around with pounds of cannabis, be it buds or trim, you are risking years in prison for a random thing like a license plate light not working.

No big deal to put trim in a whole in the ground. Within hours it is unrecognizable mush. Big stalks can be chopped up or burned. Keep it simple. Prison is no joke and there are a lot of guys that have been put there over the stupidest mistake.

i've been tossing mine into the compost heap, hoping to purchase zero grow mediums this year if it works out well!

thanks for the positive comments, i can take constructive criticism with a laugh and a toss of my hair, but the guy who called me an asshole because i have or might have possibly caused someone to litter, or >shudder< that they could possibly implicate me in doing exactly that, must be in a rage...been working for the sheriff lately there?

anyway, it seems everyone is proficient in disposal of some sort or other. creativity may help keep us a step ahead...i was not suggesting any you ballers expose yourself in such an ill conceived and flagrant manner.

hmmmnnn...oldhaoles post got me thinking...helium balloons...a .308...possiblilties this has.

haha i just did a garbage run yesterday....dumped a half dozen bags of soil rootballs and trim in some random apartment complex's dumpster....as im backing out to leave i accidently knock over another trashcan while a neighbor is walking by...fuckin hot one for a second!

i have a very big compost pile (in my eyes) and i do use it in the garden...no hijacking here, that is tantamount to teRRoRism. please feel free to opine however you feel comfortable. thanks for checking in.

i don't envy having to expose oneself. it's damned laid back here in the toolies, and when i figured i could make johnny law provide cover for and removal of my crap i was pretty pleased with myself. beats running into a trashcan while backing up...but for the adrenaline rush.

Definitely been the "trash collector" a few times on work projects. Filled so many damn bags of slave labor weed wacked shit. Lunch time is the best time imo as the sheriffs like to take the nice long lunche at their fav taco truck well away from the worksite.

i've never had the pleasure of doing the roadside garbage pickup for my hours....i either got shitty assignments like gutter patrol during rainstorms or got it real easy like driving around and painting over graffiti and eating free pizza in san fran...if you are going to get caught with a crime, get caught in SF its the easiest criminal system in america...if only every court system was as inept as theirs america would be a much funner place!

i'm not in any trouble.
here's the scoop.

not wanting to put grow garbage in my dumpster and despising peeps who throw theirs on the side of the road, i tried to think of some way to rid myself of the crap that might incriminate me.

while out doing errands, i notice the sheriff dept. monitoring inmates cleaning the trash from the roadsides locally. the scofflaws that are cleaning the trash up leave it in bags on the side of the road waiting for someone to pick up and dispose of it.

going back and picking up several full bags, i return home to empty the litter into my dumpster and replace with my grow garbage....then return the bags to the side of the road.

I now just make sure to not mix up my trash. Clean plastic in home trash can, nutrient bottles go back to the grow store ( mine recycles them for us) and leaves and medium are composted.

no one will open them to inspect what is inside, no one will give them a second thought, the department disposes of my grow garbage unknowingly.

hope this helps some of you rid yourself of some of the anxiety
associated with growing.

Not out here in Cali we gotta watch out for freeway cameras.
A lot of businesses in my area now have cameras on their dumpsters that are monitored by private security companies like ADT because people that are cheap will overflow a dumpster over night screwing the business over. The computer system is motion activated and records you & your car's license plate and you get a visit later for illegal dumping. Taking off both of your plates will now put you at risk of being pulled over with a trunk full of smelly trash.

Instead of taking the full bags off the road side and then putting your trash in them and putting them back on the road side. In cali they use orange trash bags. So go buy some like the ones they use and pullover like your car is broke down, pop the trunk and dump 'em.
