how many days are you waiting betwen waterings with plastic pots..?

Usually every two days, some are pretty dry and some just need a topping up.
A good way to get a feel for things is to pick up a dry pot, feel the weight, water then do the same again. After that if the top looks dry, lift the pot to gage whether to water at all,or how much to water.

If deficiencies start to show, top dressing with worm castings or repotting into good soil has never been a mistake for me, even with some root damage plants always seem better off within a day or two.

Here is the updated pictures i have transplanted to same size plastic pot from smart pot and i am watering every 3 days plants look a bit better i have pull some of them lst method to force them get a little bigger, they look fine but i still see some nitrogen def at the bottom and one of the plants the right one close to the camera have pink stems and when i move the stems they are not feeling strong at the resistance with my hand, plus the leave tips of this plant are yellowing a little bit, this plant is the biggest of them and it has stretch perfect..

i think that plastic pots is better for my way of growing because i am sure when i am watering with nuts or flushing that there is not dry spots in the soil..

plants now are at 2 month and 7 days..

i remind that it is my first grow and i dont know if they still look small to start flowering they are not yet in the final size pot..

Any advice will help me a lot, please share your oppinion and what you would do if you where in my situation.. reminding that space is 4x4 temps now are around 21c-26c and humidity close to 60% light is 600w hps in aircooled reflector with 5mm thick glass (was 3mm thick but it broke and i could not find heat resistant less than 5mm) 2 cream caramels and 2 blueberrys

and the pictures:tiphat:

Your soil is suspect, reusing soil that didn't preform well the first round us not the best idea.
Humus is the most important part of any soil that will be reused, it buffers against the problems you are having now whatever they are. You never mentioned what is in your soil, do you know? Bagged soil mostly is crap compared to what you can mix yourself for much less cost.
Underfed, overfed, problems from drying out and beneficials dying off are all possibilities but only you have all the information to figure things out at this point.
You should do lots of reading in the organic soil section. The more you read the more things will start to make sense. It is intimidating at first but gets easier as you go.
In the meantime top dressing with worm castings is what I would do, that always helps.

Yes to be honest i didnt research much for the soil because i was doing big reseaches before i start for other stuf about cannabis, and i thought its ok to start my first grow with baged soil designed specialy for cannabis plants and in the near future i will make my own that fits in my way of growing.. so i asked the recomendation from the growshop and they told me biobizz is perfect and very good organic soil to start with, i saw good coments about it on the internet and i skiped this part of research for the soil..

so i dress it with worm castings and just continiue what i am doing? the plants look ok to you or they look realy bad for 67 days old?

i was thinking the next soil and nuts to be canna tera.. i see the reviews of it, and i have seen grow journals of huge plants with canna soil and nuts..

what do you think?

I'm not familiar with the canna line of products, I stopped using bottled products a couple of years ago.
Your plants look hungry.
Read lots and figure out what works for you.
I would topdress a mix of dry amendments with castings on top, or repot into good soil.
