time for an update. holy sh_t i'm free, well except for misdemeanor probation and a couple thousand dollars worth of fines. i got one of the best "if not the best" lawyers from my area. he worked it through sessions court but couldn't get me a fair shake so we went criminal. well when we went criminal they held up their end and called up atf. atf stepped in and started to investigate to make their case and discovered all the b.s. that the local police did that to them seemed to make the case look like a toss out. so one agent who was good friends with my lawyer called him up and told him what i was going to plea to or he would have to take his chances and take it on to a federal level. here was his deal- simple possession on a charge of 3 oz. and let go of a few of the seized firearms mainly large caliber assault style rifles and a lil time in county. well it sounded good enough to me and now i'm happy, wife is happy and snitch ass boy is sweating along with his other 2 buddies. don't worry i got a good head on my shoulders and i won't f_ck with them i'll just let the guilt and sweating it out waiting for something to happen(that never will) be punishment enough. to everyone here that wished me well and gave sound advice i thank you all from me heart. on a side note i got the 3 oz. charge from what i had on me, the small amount from the jar, and a damn bag of stems, leaves and popcorn that i forgot was in the freezer for butter. lesson learned keep a cleaner house and trust no one!!! time has been served

You are wrong. If the police LIED to the wife and told her she would be put in custody and her daughter would be put in custody THEN she was COERCED, and did not CONSENT of her free will.

"Let me in your house or I'll shoot your daughter in the head." is another example where a suspect could never freely consent, because the coercion has already occurred.

If you are a felon you can not own, possess or have dominion over a firearm. I have been down the river twice, and have been busted twice for having a firearm or DOMINION OF SUCH . This Dominion shit is a large net. My ex-wife owned a rifle she kept at her aunts home, she took this weapon to the local pawnshop and borrowed money against it.... problem... she did this using My account there . I never touch this weapon ever nor was I there during her transaction...I still got arressted because I Could have walked into that pawn shop and retrieved it .So, if ya got to have a gun as a felon stash it somewhere where you can get to it off your property and if your wife owns one it also goes out the house, and do not pawn it under your name.
