Not bud rot, never had that, but PM. PM spores are everywhere this season! I just don't like to see anything over 50%...it scares me. I think air flow is important though. You RH can crawl up a bit above 50% as long as you are still moving enough air around!

I also like to have more than one hygrometer, because different meters, different brands, and different locations give different readings.

You use hygrozyme in soil? How is that working out for you? I've used it, but didn't see a difference, and it was too expensive, so I gave it up. How does it prevent bud rot?

Ahh I see.. No pm round here. I got the room filtered and am paranoid. Good lookin out though bro.

Bro.....I usedta dump 64 gals on 64-5 gal smartpots in bout 5-7 minutes , and coulda done it lot faster......but ......they were on 4 levels and 4 walls with 1 " cpvc , holes drilled and grommets installed for the fittings and feed tubing ......Fed twice a day late flower with a lil runoff for no residual salt buildup....

The manifolds being vertical , I used 5200 gph pumps for the head pressure with control valves/ballcocks/choke valves on each level to maintain equal flow and pressure to each plantsite regardless of it`s level or location in the rooms , thus why things hadta be slowed down feedwise for equal juice distribution..............

Heathie showed me howta employ a T with an elbow as a bypass right above the overkill pumps to blast juice back down into the rez`s for increased dissolved oxygen while controlling the flow upwards to each level of the angled racks......I did keep a powerhead in the bottom ta keep solution stirred up and kept in suspension between feeds...............

With what you`re runnin now , I see little difference in the feed time sequence using basket stakes or your ring if that`s what you`re askin.....

Good luck SH......DHF.......:ying:......

now that's what i'm talking about! I might pm yah to badger you for details. Thanks man k+.

i keep my sealed rooms 70-80% RH until the end of week 5 or 6, then drop to 50-60%. i've never had budrot or PM issues. good air circulation is the key. i think the high humidity rooms need watering less frequently too.

Glad that's working, circulation is key for sure

Schrews........You must live near me........Krusty said it a long time ago that folks that live in high humidity yr round run the most dialed setups ........by accident.......well ......I will take a lil credit....

The excess humidity rules all the way though end of stretch though and then it`s dehuey and a/c in spring/summer , then heat mode and dehuey late fall/winter.....

70% RH at least in all my grow areas was the norm till week 5 , and another week or 2 of tweakin dehuey`s , a/c`s , and intake/exhaust fans to achieve 50 ish till harvey , but excellent airflow/exchange twice per minute with never a mold or mildew prob.......

Good luck on the finish up SH.....DHF.........:ying:.......

Dude...I love it when you fuckin post somethin up and then you go and do something like this! What a fantastic way to do some indoor. Put a shelf on the back wall and suck out of the room (put the filter somewhere out side the grow!)

I would LOOOVE to chop all that.

Nice job dude. I got a very similar setup, running smaller plants with 4k bare. At about week 6 now..i'll try and get a thread up. Maybe we can compare and contrast.

SELFHEMPLOYED Id like to ask you one question on the topic of vertical growing... How do the buds furthest away from the bulb flourish? I mean the bulb(s) only cover one side of the plant what about the opposite side where the foliage is against the walls?
Ive asked this question on a few canna forums because Im interested in giving it a go with RDWC.

Fucking amazing dude, what`s the estimated flowering period for the strains you have and does it look like they`ll come off around the same time?

Toke. ;)

There is no backside of the plant..

I measured today and the colas furthest away from the light in the upper corners are 28 inches from the bulbs. They are 85% as big as the ones closest to the light at 14inches.

Ah right I see, so basically the a portion of the back growth is trimmed off in the 1st to 3rd week of flowering so the growth is concentrated towards the front growth. Is that correct?
