I have smoked some good herb in my day, and never seen God. The swimsuit model who I dated in the early 80's was as close as I will get in this lifetime.
There is actually a strain called "God", but I would never associate material things with The Big Guy/Gal, as my ma would rise from the grave to scold me.
Windowpane in '75 took me somewhere, still not figured out where, but was pleasant.
I think quality herb can relax you so much and put you in the mindset where meditating, talking to God could become a reality.

I have heard God in an elks bugle on a foggy Oregon morning. Still your heart, look and listen. He is all around us.

well the way i look at thing's is , you dont have anything to loose in believing , to believe in GOD does not mean that you have to go to church every sunday .

infact Jesus said that i would rarther you , go & enter into a closet , close the door behind you & pray in my name , then go to church where there are people that think they have faith in me but deep down in there hearts , they dont know me at all .

Human's are creature's that need to see to believe , but there is a difference between seeing & believing , if you ever saw GOD then every time you had even the slightest bit of a problem in your life , you would expect GOD to appear to you , and when he does'nt you would accuse him of not of wanting to help you . my belief is that when you have really put GOD & Jesus in your heart then one day, you will see there faces .

These guys are right on track. I speak with God everyday, and throughout the day. It has nothing to do with being high, and everything to do with the alignment of my heart.

Never seen any god, never heard one, never smelled one or felt one...

Deep in my heart, I sincerely believe there is no such thing.

I mean, if you want to use the name in some kind of allegorical way... that is, to stand for something else, then I get it.

If you mean some kind of ACTUAL BEING, or entity, or personality, or whatever.... nope. Sorry. I think it's just an unfortunate artifact of the way our brains are wired. A side-effect, if you will.

It's too bad, too, because in all this searching and striving and seeking for some kind of god, we end up completely ignoring the system that we REALLY should acknowledge as our parent... our mother... our home.

Quit talking to yourself for a moment, and go outside, maybe sit down in the grass or the dirt, and just look around. Why would you need a god when you've got your mother?

I think people gave God a human face so we can understand some feelings and some thoughts.i'm sure God isn't a person.....God is more.I believe He exists in our thoughts we just need to find Him.The more we are ourselves and the more we are sincere the more we are getting closer.
Sinfuldreams i think taht's what you were actuallt ascking.Of course when we smoke a joint we become more ourselves....that's what's happens with mushrooms, lsd or any other psychedelic.We see more of ourseves.....we fell God more.And we become aware of who we are and ending up by accepting everything we do and we feel.
