High ICmag, :joint:

Hope everybody is chilled this evening. Thought this would be a great opportunity to get some pictures up of my 2 Skunk females that will be the next to finish in my flower room. Breeder of these SK#1's is Seedsman seeds, germination rate across 9 beans was 100%, all vigorous with a good mix of Sativa & Indica phenotypes.

The fist pictures are of the smaller skunk vegged for 25 days before flower, she is sitting in a 1 gallon tub @ about 1ft... Her sister was vegged for 40 days and is in a 3 gallon bucket both growing single cola style.

Skunk is an old favourite of this dog, and will keep me in meds until I harvest the lowyder and NLxBB that are newer arrivals. :smoke:

Hi Gypsy,

Thanks also for stopping by mate, was unsure if I would get any feedback... comments from the man behind ICmag is always an honour. These Skunks are damn fine specimens, will definately use the 'Seedsman' for my pure skunk genetics. Shame I came on the scene to late for those freebies, although I was looking at the Seed botique last night and I think they will definately be placing an order soon. :woohoo:

While I am waiting for my Skunk 1 to pile on the trichromes i thought I would slam another few pics up for people to have a look.

First piccy dates back to when the 2ft Skunk 1 was 10 days into flower, at that point she was in a 4 litre pot... I had to transfer her to a 3 gallon 9 days into flower because I knew she was going to be a beast! She is fed with 15-30-15 nutes and has had to be staked due to being so darn top heavy.. as you can see from second picture.

Sup everyone

i consider growring skunk#1 myself as i beleive to be like the best indoor plant avaible right now. However after ALL the research i have made considering this, there is only 2 "real" skunk avaible, wich is seedsman and TFD version. Most people saids TFD the best, but the one of seedsman come also direct from sam the skunkman in person. iam really confuse about wich one to buy. Considering i want the "headiest, sativa-ed" skunk, wardog could u tell me ur smoking experience with this strain?

thk in advance

Hi TAG,

Well I have pre - smoke tested few lower popcorn buds, Even immature the buds still give you a nice stone... Here in the UK most of the weed available on the street is skunk, Blatantly mass produced.... Skunk is a happy chatty kind of high, which fades to a relaxing indica body type stone. It's not overly potent but that doesn't bother me..... I love Skunk

These Seedsman skunk are dank to the max.... I am a dedicted seedsman fan when it comes to F1 hybrids etc... My next seedsman grow will be hashplant. Recently had the honor of being contacted by the Managing Director of Seedsman seeds regarding my Skunk photographs. He is a cool guy. :respect:

IMO, Go with Seedsman Skunk.... you can't go wrong.... 100% germ rate, vigorous, tough and healthy plants that responds well to trimming and pruning...even during flower. Any more questions feel free to PM me dude.

WaRdOg you've got me going with those pix. I just went digging thru the seed vault and found 1 pack of Sams Sk#1. Guess I'll be doing it again soon.
Looks mighty tasty bro!

oh the density.....how humid is your environment wardog? is there a possibility of mold? i have heard that skunk #1 is quite suited for greenhouse because of mold resistance, though.....but if you give that bud 3 more weeks it will be the size of an eggplant! such a funky funky eggplant.....-gp

Rocky,
Hi man, thanks for stopping by....She smells pretty tastey to! Good luck with your skunks....maybe a Skunk cross is on the horizon?

Bigtoke,
Grow for it man, Skunk is really underated IMO

GP,

Touch wood, mould is not an issue in my cab... the air exchange is optimal for the dimensions of the area, also I have removed a few bottom branches which has improved light penetration and air circulation. I usualy De-humidify after lights out. During lights on the humidity stays at about 30 - 40%. I will let her have some extra time to flower..... although the temptation to harvest is strong...lol :1help:

BTW, I read somewhere that there is a risk of mould during the last few weeks of flowering due to the bud density.

All the best guys, thanks for your comments...
