Seeds in buds

Hi all,
I'm new to the board as you can see, but I have been growing for a while now. I grew out some WW, cloned one and grew out some more. One of the plants ended up with some seeds. Out of the 4 oz's I pulled from this one plant (indoors) I would say I was able to pick out around 20 seeds. So I just germed 10 of them, all 10 came up, my cat ate 4, left with 6. They all look the same right now. So will these plants have a tendencie to also end up with seeds, or is it kind of a wait and see thing?
Thanks

Well depends. kind of weird for seeds to appear without some pollen from a male. I suspect that you have some Hermis in there somewhere

That's what I was afraid of. I think maybe stress might have played a part in this one plant. What is weird is that I did see any bananas on this plant, and none of the others produced seeds. So I'm hoping that all will be well.
Thanks
P.S. WW is some frick'n potent stuff!

well a female just doesnt produce seeds without pollen....so you had to have a hermie in the garden, unless you didnt pull a male in time....

I have had that happen as well, missed the ball on a stick/banana and pollinated a few buds. Those are hermie seeds and I wouldn't recommend using them as they have a tendency to do the same again.

There are enough issues that arise when growing and I personally avoid using/doing anything that would compromise my grow. Then again you might get lucky and have no further problems, it is your call.

happy growing and peace

I hear ya! I have read that hermie seeds can and will produce hermie plants. I took a chance because it was such damn good pot and it was a clone from it's mom and no other plant had them. So I'm banking/hoping that all will be well. If not, then live an learn. I do have some other ww growing with them from a seed bank.
Thanks all

Yes they will ! if you read and get your Grow experience and don´t just guess, if you had it in the Flowering
Stage too Long....
It will ! the Last stage she will do Seeds before she Dies.

And Hermie Have Both Female flowers and Male balls, and a Seeded plant will have BALLS in The Flowers, Not on the Stalk

Enjoy.

If you had Hermie your Hole crop would had seed in them
Peace

you are right, but its not immaculate conception, they dont just do seeds, they throw out male flowers, which drop pollen, yes pollen, and pollinate the plant. no seeds can form without the presence of pollen.

Green it's not uncommom to get a few seeds. Your plant is just trying to carry the species on. The female put out a flower or two to be able to produce seeds.

They need pollen 1 way or another to produce seeds, weather it comes from them hermen on you or from a male plant...w/o pollen no seeds....i dont understand what you are quoting me for...you obviously agreed they need pollen to make seeds...

To create true fem seeds that won't herm,a female plant should be flowered longer than normal in the hopes of creating a male flower for self-pollenation,this is very different from a hermie plant that creates nanners and self-pollenates during the normal flowering cycle. It could go either way with those seeds with the chances of nanners in flower being high I believe

Hey Greenisgold, come to think of it I just finished my grow and cure, and low and behold, there was one seed, just one in the bottom of the big jar. Go figure...... this involved 6 plants with 28 oz's of finished bud.

Since this was my last harvest in this house, I let them go to 10 weeks, so I think this one plant was just trying to keep the species going.
Wish me luck as only time will tell. I'll report back in a few months about them.
Thx all.
