How big are these plants how old are they?

pH is off; this is your water pH going into the plant or pH coming out of the plant?
What are you using for pH?

Either way I hope that is not the pH run off, cause if it is' it's way off!

Most seedlings can't take fox farm soils.... is it ocean forest?

Move those CFL's up a bit they are too close...... don't need to be that close.

Normally they do that when they are happy; but not like that; they look like cabbage patch dolls in a patch or something......

Move the lights up I would
they almost look like they are trying to protect themselves from the amount of lighting......

what is the sq footage of your grow space?

yes it is ocean forest, i moved the lights further away, i will check ph of the water tomorrow, and it is two weeks in today.
this is just a small alcove in a bookshelf, for vegging only, i plan to move them to a 400watt hps i have set up in a nearby closet.
thanks for your insight dude

Your little ones are in shock, take a tin clear plastic sandwich bag, cut a finger size hole in one corner, place the baggie over the plant (corner with hole facing away from the lights). You can mist them with 6.0ph water 3 times a day.

the two i was having problems with before are still giving me some problems, im not sure if the soil is burning them, or too little of N or K

looks like n to me but im not really sure, starting with the old growth at the tips its going brown and then progressing into yellow toward the stem.
