That's not bad at all but you're going to need more lighting or it will continue to stretch. Be careful about overwatering as well. But I think your baby looks fine......just a bit stretched.

They'll get bigger, don't worry. Good luck.

Oh and watch the heat factor with those other bulbs. You might be better just moving your 18w a bit closer to the plant. That will stop the stretching as well. You don't want to fry your new baby with an overdose of light and heat.

What soil is it,

agree with the YOU NEED PERLITE in there.

if it isn't doing anything then I would suggest NOT adding MORE water and for sure don't feed them any nutes.

I would fix the soil mix first, odds are it is sopping wet in that soil. If the roots can't grow then nothing is going to happen up top.

that "leaf" that you thought you broke off really isn't a leaf and will actually fall off or die as the plant gets older anyways, both of those will. For whatever reason I can't think of their name BUT they are not true leaves.

When people say "burry it up to its neck" in the soil those two "leaves" or your "one now" can be considered the collar. Anything below those two or your now one, is actually where new roots COULD be growing if they were under the soil.

I would personally transplant into a new container or the same container using a soil mixed with perlite. Before doing that though, what soil is that, is there nutes in it already?

the light is fine, how far away are those cfls' though?

so what can i do now friends to make it grow better and fast

You should repot them in some good soil, cannabiss does best in a light fluffy soil with good drainage, use search so many and not avalible everywere.

HINT don't post pic,s with ur hand turned up or with anything someone can notice BE SAFE

or if anything just buy a bag of perlite, the white fluffy stuff and mix it with the soil 50/50

that will help the roots be able to breath, eat and be damn happy

if that soil is good that is....

I'd keep going with her. She looks like she's still kicking to me. Dont drop anything else on her. :D Water in small amounts just around where the stem is......her roots are just starting so she doesn't need huge amounts of water and to be sitting in wet soil. I'd suggest a transplant into some lighter soil (or add perlite as someone said) but not right now.......let her recover from the light fiasco fist.

good luck.

thanks for advices, i heard that the soil i am using is forest soil and i heard that its good for potting as it lets roots to breath, it seems pretty dense but actually its not , its not like clay

Ok good.....but soil honestly can't be too "light" and airy so it won't hurt to add some perlite next time.

Good luck with your grow.
