I have heard of reef keepers getting a visit from the local fascist task force. So power is most definetly a concern... Power alone can get a visit, I know from personal experience. It was a long time ago, and not long after prop 215 passed. I wonder if the same would happen again...

I've used credit cards dozens of times to buy seeds. Never had a problem. If you order anything online from overseas, the cc company will check with you to make sure the card isn't stolen.
I had some thief get my cc number and order something from England as well as other items. My cc company called me and I didn't have to pay any of the fraudulent charges.
Your friend is safe, but use a money order or cash next time.

guys, if the cops are looking at CC transactions, there already gonna bust you. you not gonna get away because your CC is clear. they know already that using cash is untraceable and that most growers go about it that way............

just more proof if you have info on your CC

A close friend of mine recently purchased seeds with his credit card. Now his cc provider is trying to reach him about suspicious activity and wanting to know if his card has been stolen. Should he cancel his card and have it reissued?

cant believe all the bad advice here.

'said buyer' is probably an american, and sudden (uk???) charges look wierd, i.e. stolen, i hope to god you didnt say the seed buy was suspicious! i usualy say i was buying a import-car-part. and you can buy bunches more seeds with that CC and it wont get denied.

Were did you order seeds from? did you get em? were they worth it? Just wonderin about legit seed breeders?
