Im using a 3000 dollar computer, so it shouldnt be my computer. I am running Vista though.

Now seed boutique, seedbay and every other site ive visited works fine, its weird a couple days it doesnt and then all of a sudden it does, hell if i know what was going on. lol. Good luck with your seeds!!

sounds like your internet history might be full and you might be having some sort of cacheing problem. anyways try this. click START > ALL PROGRAMS > ACCESSORIES > SYSTEM TOOLS > Disk Cleanup and get check ALL the boxes EXCEPT compress old files.
should take 2-20 min depending on pc speed and files.

id also go to download.com and get "spybot search and destroy" its the best free adware app. give that a run.
