o'reilly is disgusting and a complete fraud, and when colbert nailed his ass to the cross, he basically coughed up an admission to that effect. he's just playing a big mean guy on t.v., really he's a nice, good-hearted guy. yeah, right. his television persona is the worst kind of fascist, disguising complete authoritarian bootlicking as reasonable, independent thinking, doing no real investigation of meaningful stories but looking for people to rip apart if their views aren't those of roger ailes and the rest of the right-wingers who use fox news as chez gop. the only good thing i can say about o'reilly is that his grotesque hypocrisy partly inspired colbert's schtick, which is imo the best satire of our time.

If I'm not mistaken, Billo coined the phrase "secular progressives". He uses it to demonize the left. When he's feeling really cool he just calls them "SP's".
More than a few here have pronounced him a dangerous man, I tend to agree. He likes to whip up imaginary battles to get his audience excited. Lately he has taken to threatening to send his 'goons' after people "you'll be getting a visit", he says, responding to an audience member who called in and challenged his premise.

Actually I do not want to put you on ignore and I hate that you display something that is racist by it's own definition. I also hate that this got off topic.
I will go on a solo rant if it pleases me and you can ignore it also. HNIC is racist I don't give a fuck if you are Black, Mulatto or what ever. What gives you the right to use it in a "" I have a genetic right to use the phrase .. way.

I used to think I did understand the difference until recent media events. I have actually never heard the Hockey Night reference ... Go Figure I am from the South. How Sad I do know the difference sometimes things get me and I rant.

Secular Progressive is just a straw-man, like Librul used to be. Libruls started describing themselves as progressives again, to get away from that tainted title.
