Sealed room build

I would move your electrical to the other wall.. and then id build a little thing to go around the back of that AC but allow the top to be open.. so you have air escaping but id make something to catch the water and put like a barrel underneath and have a pump ready so once its starts to collect u have a pump .. pumping it into the sink or something. I personally don't use AC water for anything because I just don't make enough for it to be useful

Thanks for the feed back,
Yeah im not a fan of the ac above the electrical. but the window ac will only be used one maybe two grows only. Then ill move to a mini split.

Also Ive used this ac before and it never dropped a single drop the whole time.
However some of my odds and ends I still need to do will be a drip shield, just in case. Also the ballast and timer are still not powered up yet and still off at the breaker. This is a work in progress

The door is made the same as the room, 4-1/2" thick with 2"x4", insulation and drywall. For me this was much cheaper than buying a insulated prehung door. As cheapo $60 pre hung would provide no insulation or sound reduction. Also considering my door was made with left over supplies, for me it was free.

My last room was all OSB.
However I choose not to use any OSB this time.

so you built a door with 2x4's and then insulated it?

thats pretty impressive tbh, its hard to build doors... and get them to seal properly, then get them to latch properly.... you almost need a jointer just to get shit straight enough. i would have just put in a prehung door myself, so kudos.
