GDW.......PLEASE don`t use plastic sheeting inside the walls as it will rot the wall down from the inside out as well as causing mold and bacteria that`s not seen............Sweating and condensation due to the temp diffs all during grow cycles would collect on the plastic and end up bein an accident waitin to happen.....Just insulate the shit outta the walls and seal all cracks with greatstuff expanding foam insulation;silicone what you can`t get the greatstuff tube in..........PEACE...........DHF...........

No worries, was talking to the guys at work. They told me the same thing. The plastic will cause sweating and then mold. Didn't bother to think of that, but i guess we all learn something new each day. Thanks for looking out. I don't mess with insulation at work and really don't know much about it. I know there is a R rating on the stuff and has something to do with rating or thickness. I'm just going to insulate well and caulk with whatever i can find that is good. Trust me, i don't want any mold or fungi forming in my new room. Thanks again and no worries. On a other note about the setup. I'm not any where's ready to get going, but i have been looking at supply's and getting some prices. Been looking at cheap doors with frames. Looking at some Romex wire and outlet boxes etc. Really looking forward to building this multi room setup. Even been looking at some wiring books. Since that's not my thing and i only know the very basic's. I think i'll pull all my wires and install all outlet boxes and just take the wire to the panel and have someone else show me how it's done. Don't want to get cooked.lol

10x20 room Sealed with 1" hard insulation and spray foam.
Air cooled lighting with 8" insulated flexible ducting
Co2 Generator/monitor/controller
Dehumidifier
Air Conditioner, thru wall type
Carbon scrubber recirculating room air
Works good.

If I were to line the insides of the walls with reflective insulation - the shiny aluminium foil laminated onto paper insulation - would I run into condensation problems, or does that just apply to plastic?
