scrogging from seedling

Is it good idea to scrog your plant from seedling? Since scrogging done is mainly done by clones I am wondering if there would be a difference. I heard if you scrog a plant from seedling it will have an uneven canopy. Will an uneven canopy mess with my yield? If so, would it be better just to grow it?

You risk getting a scrogged male unless using fem'd seeds.

Using a cloned female is a sure shot.

And really you should be able to tell the plants sex well before you start weaving the plant through the scrog, unless you're talking about a small/micro scrog.
