I agree with Babba, it is time to get honest. Beating your kid doesn't accomplish anything. I am guessing that acid is not a parent. If you were or any of the posters out there that advocate the "beating" of a child would not be telling the OP to beat his son. That will not alleviate the problem, or educate a child thatis in serious need of an education. Like I said before, serious parenting, violence is not part of serious parenting.

Yeah he knew where it was due to the person he got it from.. was her neice so her neice took my son in the house and gave him a 1/2 oz or so of some TW.
Then my kid.. stupid enough blabbed it to some major dumbass fuckup.. stoner.. and then the dumbass broke in.
MY SON HAD A FAMILY MEMBER that knew the person they "robbed" show him where it was and GAVE him some..
Im still scared im trying to calm this chick down and they might have to split the value of the medicene 3 ways.. 1500/3 = 500$... he will be doing a SHITLOAD of work for me.

but seriously, beating a child and abuse is a totally differnt ballgame than a justified spanking.

that is the problems these days every one wants to talk and couslers get involved and then the kid get medication for something that must be making him act this way. FOOEY!! BULLSHIT.

kids can get "pysically disiplined" and it works and should be incorporated back into the schools also in my opinion. and yes i am a parent , albeit a recent one (had a bouncing baby boy on feb. 16 this year. and when my son is a little older and like toddler years i will remedy all of his ailments with cannabis gooods, like tinctures and such if needed. and when he becomes of age we will be allowed to smoke responsibly.

we have to teach kids at a young age about pot before our school systems do and the kids trn out like the OP kids.

i will have weed out in front of him and smoke in front of him and ill even teach him how to grow veggies and he could later turn that into growing grass when of age.

i am lucky i have a basically clean slate to work with here in regard to my son, imma groom him to be a very respectable pot activist/cultivator /user. its my desicion and his i will not force him to do anything he dont want to if we feels he wants nothingn to do with pot then that is that ill never mention it to him again. (future time were talkin here).

Break your kid outa the habit before it becomes a problem... I'm lucky to have gotten it out of my system when I was younger n to not have gotten caught too bad, while still learning the lesson I needed to...

NO, NO, NO!

You do NOT make him work it off for you around the house!

Instead, you make him get a real job with a paycheck and make him give you the paycheck EACH PAYDAY. You cash each paycheck and count the amount against what he owes the person he robbed. You make him pay back the full amount of what was taken.

I'm pretty sure the retards you let your son hang around with aren't going to contribute anything to pay the victim back.

If he refuses to give you each uncashed, endorsed paycheck, tell him from the outset that if he doesn't give it to you the same day he gets paid, you are turning him in to the cops. And mean it.

I'd suggest getting real, the kid has leverage as long as you're using, even if its just mj. You put any real pressure on this kid, he might run his mouth telling everybody in creation that you're into drugs. Then eventually one of those idiots will drop a dime on you. You could wind up getting a visit from your state's version of Social Services and possibly losing your kid.

Confiscate the pot and give it away to a friend. Then clean up shop and make sure you're not vulnerable to a little snitch. He may be your son but how do you know he's not going to say the wrong thing at the wrong time. Stealing from the neighbors is a huge violation of trust and security. As for the mmj neighbor, forget about him, it's tough knocks but he should learn to lock his dam doors. It probably wasn't a big amount anyway, just an ounce or so? You go over to talk to him about it and he's liable to call the cops or threaten you or something else crazy. Or he might do something to your kid like what these jokers up above have suggested, such as murder.

You might want to rethink this. If he got sick and had to have blood work, it wouldn't look good for a toddler to test positive for THC....

I bet you'd both get a new place to live.....

Since he knows the ppl he stole from, I would make him knock on their door and tell them what he done-- (I would go with him tho, to make sure there is no violence) and I would make him pay them back....either in cash, or if they are reasonable and forgiving enough...have him work for them doing yardwork or something--
Don't make it soft on him...or he will continue to do shit like this--

I think recreation escapism is for those who are burdened with some sort of adult stress liek a job or maybe to blow off steam from college life.

If you take into acount the physical development aspect, all human beings shoudl wait until the body is developed before they stress it with drugs. Liken it to drinking.

isnt this what happens when you mix juviniles and weed? you get poor judgement, juvinile results.

Not ot mention everyone involved can be risking everyones grow and making the charges exponentialy worse for involving minor.


I mean I came from a place where I started doing drugs at 11 so I understand I really do im not trying to be juedgmmental

I just think that medical community pushes chemicals to fix problems and too often we look to solve problems with chemicals instead of adjustive actions which, when your a child you shoudl be learning

I see nothing wrong with occasionally smokin when at 15, I know I did. I just dont condone the stealing. Your son may very well be mature enough to indulge in a toke every now and then, but you should definately not let him smoke in the house after a stunt like that. He definately needs to be disciplined, trust me. I know some people who started out takin small stashes from different dealers, and by the time they were 19 they were in prison for theft, burglary, and breaking and entering. These thinks can escalate very quickly as there is nothing more addicting than getting something for free. You need to teach him now b4 he starts a career as a thief. Not tryin to be harsh, but i have seen the decline in old associates of mine first hand. The fact is he is probably thinkin he is the smart one because he didnt go into the hose, he was the organizer, the kingpin if you will, while he would have gladly indulged in the booty from the THEFT. I agree that you should make him get a taxable job and have him turn over his check to you. To learn the value of hard work is priceless. Oh, btw didnt you say he took like a half an ounce, how is that $1500?
