Just so you're not too shocked.
Building materials alone was $6,736.00
Labor hours = 168 hrs. If I paid to have it built = $8,400 in labor.
Equipment- lights, timers, exhaust fans and mylar = $2,000.00
But once up and running, harvesting about 10 lbs x 4 crops in 1 year.
In a nutshell, paid for itself 7 times over in first year.
I have a staging room for storing my trim machine, water bubbler can, and supplies.
Last pic was the first test fire.
As you can see, clutter free, ballasts all stored in the overhead plenum.
Save your money, you don't wish for a growhouse like this, gotta build it.
Being a carpenter/drywaller sure helps.

Acually im not shocked, im thrilled! you gave me numbers that make complete sense in my head... what you are doing is exactly what i plan on doing once i move into a place that allows some building to be done...
You dont understand how valuable this information is for me.... honestly dude, THANK you from the bottom of my heart. This info will help me out so much i cant start to explain how!! Besides the point that im starting to vendor for a clinic and iv only just started. Got to use some christmas money on fiixing up my shananigans!
