on top of that, discounting all other groups of needful people and saying children are the only group that really matters for the future is bothersome. there's alot that could be done today, right now to improve the quality of life for the needy. this is under the government's purview; raising, education, protecting, and providing for my children isn't.

understand that I personally could care less about these issues; I'm just offering another point of view.

If ensuring the survivability of the human race and making sure our children inherit a planet they can actually live on is not the "government's purview", then what the fuck is their purview, and why are we letting these evil bandits rape our planet and doom ALL future generations?

Seems to me like the"government's purview" is helping the Corpo-Nazis make canoe-fulls of profit while they fuck the present generation and all future ones in the ass with a wire brush.

I totally understand and for the most part agree with what you're saying; but we're talking about how it is verses how it should be; I'm just trying to point this out.

Although I am guilty of having a stash of plastic bags under the sink... :badday: (they are very convenient at times, and are used for our compost disposal) My family all have hemp bags in our cars for when we go grocery shopping, just pop em in the cart, and bag em up...thus saving our environment...or, at least... trying to do our part.
