hey fellas! sorry i'm not there to chill and smoke on some SD's finest with the finest of San Diego, however, after my flight back from Kansas i developed and ear infection that spread to my inner ear, and blew out my right ear drum. well let me start by sayin' Fuck Kaiser! they mis diagnosed me and then it got worse and now i have Mastoiditis in my skull and well it ain't looking to good for old Oh.....
i've already lost the hearing in my right ear
iam out of the emergency room long enough to see if the new antibiotics will work and not kill me (dont ever take ciproflexacin) and maybe i don't have to have surgery the doctors are doubtful when i say that i'm hopeful that surgery won't be needed.... i don't want to have a piece of my skull cut out. i'll know more tuesday.
i have never met most of you guys but i seriously miss you right now.....
life is kicking my ass again, oh and did i mention this all came right when everybody kept asking at the grow shop where i was, so my old boss had me come back to work..... he said the shop didn't run well without me. i guess i was well liked and did less then a half assed job after all.

The "fire" cut is now "r" og? I'm of the understanding that about 1 year and a half ago. A tray of Louie the watever teenth tat SVC had-ad gone to SVC for a house grow, and it was mixed up and leaked. It was then labeled/called the "R" og for "Russian" . Be a bummer to see the fire start being called "R" as some are still searchin for the other "R" OG that seems to be out but held by SO few. The Louie and theRa??skal are def diff.
I have also seen the "r" you guys are mentioning be 90% orange at 56 days, but just keeps swellin and getting whiter(is that how you spell that?
Oh, and please. Nobody take the comments on the whatever it is as my saying it's real or not. I have no clue, and it wouldn't be my place.

Not to start anything I'm not involved in BUT, the R you all keep talking about looks exactly like my mother of the Respect OG kush parent to the Ghost OG strain. I hadn't seen anyone mention the Respect! and I have a Louie the 13th mother and she is OG Kush but has no lemon smell , much more earthy and Hashy so I don't know if this adds anything to the mystery.
BHO is great but when I smoke the McFly earls or OJD's SSSDH earl, It ruins me for a week and cant get high even on the dankest Dank. So I love the stuff but only use rarely.

Lost internet access for a few days so I'm at pb library postin, what a great gift to the beach, buy up a whole block and put up a library, earl and birdie taylor, you rule.
I wanted to respond to subrob, mito, and the other ?s regarding hashing .
Cold makes thc separate from the glands. I have enough trim each month, a trader joes bag packed tight to the top, to allow me to do experiments to find out for sure what works and what doesn't, using the same leaf for each side-by-side comparison so the results are as fair as possible and as clear as the balls on a great dane.
In regards to making bubble with fresh vs. frozen trim I found that freezing trim in a paper grocery bag for 24 hours not only yields more but the quality is significantly better. I don't know why, it just is. It's absolutely worth the wait to freeze it for a day. You'll find out for yourself when you do your own comparison but it's a pain in the ass making hash and I want the best quality for the time spent, and freezing for a day yields clearly superior results to using fresh unfrozen trim.
Mito, you mite be on to something with that special drill bit. The fellow who posted the pic of his drill bit underneath your post, I have that bit and tried like hell to get the results I wanted, tried mixing my trim with that bit every way possible, fast, gentle, long, short, you name it, I did it cuz I REALLY wanted it to work with that bit, mainly because it's alot easier to use a drill and bit to mix vs. hand mixing but I never ever acheived the same or better results with that bit vs. hand mixing, absolutely never. I tried another bit before that one and all I ended up doing was pissing into the wind and not achieving any desirable results. Maybe your bit mixes the leaf more gently. Using the hand mixing method through, I can get two runs of hash that I have to freeze to remove from the screen. I'll do a 3rd run if I have time an use that run just for brownies and granola bars for my hot as hell stoner gf's. babes cost money.
Subrob, the cool thing about the hand mixing is that I just mix for maybe 45 seconds, until the water foams up, then stop. wait 15 min, rotate the lump of leaf in the bucket and mix again, wait 15 min, then mix a 3rd time. Wait 20 minutes then hang with a pulley till the dripping stops. Then scape the glory. I'm 6' 2 and hate being hunched over my buckets mixing but damn if it doesn't produce the finest results. I'll also dip my rolling paper in the bottom of the bags I scrape, wait til they get wet right up to the gum, them let them dry on a spaghetti collander. Best tasting and slowest burning rolling papers ever.
If we ever get the sd grow bros together somewhere I'll be gald to demonstrate my hash methods. I'll borrow a digi and take some photo documentation first and see if I can post it. peace to all,
